After suspecting that I had ADD, I found that my GP was not as helpful and thought my symptoms were more anxiety related. I saw an ad for Done and used my FSA account to have a specific analysis related to ADD, where I was diagnosed and prescribed medication. It has been LIFE CHANGING. When I discussed my dosage after the first month with my provider, they were very responsive. My pharmacy did change, but Done contacted me ahead of time and ensured that it was a pharmacy that I was familiar with. Very satisfied and happy to continue.

Great experience. I was given some great resources to help me understand my diagnosis. 10/10 would recommend if you believe you suffer from ADHD.

I have utilized "Done." for my ADHD and anxiety treatment for the last six months. I was previously diagnosed and treated for years prior, however, as a healthcare worked and changes in my personal insurance, it was almost impossible to get a new provider to continue treatment. My primary care physician could not refill my medications for a month or two to carry me over. Everything changed when I started with Done. My provider, Erin Kim, was randomly assigned. And I must have hit the lottery because from the moment I had a telehealth with her in my car while in the middle of my shift at the hospital to the time I asked about a change in medication for anxiety as a trial basis - she has been nothing but sweet, understanding, and has truly looked out for my overall health. She sends accurate information every month to not only let me know she has sent in my refill, but information in regards to any adjustments made and side effects to be on the look out for. The consultation system is amazing and her turn around time is incredibly fast. Despite my insurance being less for a visit if I elected to find a psychiatrist/NP to switch over to - I'd rather pay the $10 extra to stay with Mrs. Kim and the Done program. It has been stress free and probably the safest I have felt with my medical care in regards to my mental health. I typically am always nervous with my doctors appointments, but with Mrs. Kim - the sweaty/anxious/heart racing feeling vanishes. This isn't one of those companies that just "refill" your prescription and charge your credit card. They care about you. The providers truly listen. Wow I feel bad for the people with a negative experience. This was the easiest process ever for me. After getting the run around from my regular dr I looked for an alternative. Ran across done and tried it out. Signed up, picked my appt day and time. The NP was right on time. We talked about my symptoms, etc and agreed to meds and dosage. Prescription was at my pharmacy 2 hours later. I messaged my NP the next month to adjust the dosage and she replied within the hour and took care of it. For me, I have zero complaints and happy I found Done!

Done. helped me get a diagnosis when other therapists blew me off because I didn’t have the typical symptoms of boys (when I am a female) as a child.

I gotta say, this was a very easy process, normally with mental health needs I find many barriers are in place to make the process harder. I’m happy to say with done, finding a provider is very easy, and setting an appointment is very comprehensive. They advise of all upfront costs, and match you with a provider who is qualified and knowledgeable. My physician understood my needs with my ADHD, and guided me through my treatment, I am grateful for done. They provide an awesome and comprehensive service, and would recommend it to anyone in need of an the services they provide.

Most of my life I have just assumed I wasn’t smart. Or I was lazy or unmotivated. That I was just really clumsy and incredibly forgetful. And I just dealt with it. After researching how ADHD presents itself in adult women I saw a lot of my issues in the signs and symptoms. I thought about making an appointment with my doctor for a long time, but was hesitant because I was so nervous to waste someone else’s time. So I put it off. For too long. When I saw an advertisement for done., I felt more comfortable having a video chat with someone who specializes in ADHD. I have been using this service for a few months and I have nothing but positive things to say. They have really listened to me about my concerns and have put together a plan just for me. There is no judgment or stigma. It has made a huge difference for me and I would recommend to anyone!
