I had a few miscommunications in the beginning when I was trying to setup my initial appointment, but since I’ve had my initial appointment it’s been a wonderful experience. My provider has been very easy to talk to and has always made it a comfortable environment to discuss my symptoms and give me answers that helped make things make sense. The medication regimen I was prescribed has made an immediate difference in my day-to-day activities and I’m thankful for all the help I’ve received. I highly recommend Done if you think you’re experiencing symptoms of ADHD!

Though I have run into issues here and there, I greatly appreciate their efforts to do the best they can to fix things as quickly as they can. A big thank you to the Done support staff and my provider Sussan N. for their help today. At times, my reaction to delays hasn't been the best, and I appreciate the fact they took time to reach out and help. During my calls today, everyone was very kind and patient, they addressed my issue immediately, and expressed a true desire to help. I assume the issues are largely due to them being a new service, but I can say their service is worth a try and worth being patient for when small issues come up. I do believe the pros far outweigh the cons and appreciate the fact they are one of the few only companies of their kind. Thank you for your help today. I can't say enough how much it meant! I look forward to continuing with y'all!

Done has changed my life! I'm finally able to be correctly treated for ADHD which I've been struggling with for years. The Done system is simple and straightforward and my care provider is easy to meet with, a great communicator, and I feel is treating me with great care. I'm really happy I chose Done and plan on using the service for a long time.

My ADHD has been untreated for years. Done connected me with a provider who has helped me begin treating it again. When I had some difficulty with the pharmacy (entirely on the pharmacy's side, delayed shipment of the medication) Done's support team was quick to respond and helped make sure my prescription wasn't further delayed. I wish I had discovered this sooner.
