My clinician was obviously experienced and straight to the point, while a clinician I had at a previous in-person facility had told me, essentially, any research I’d done on my diagnosis was wrong (to avoid providing me any stimulants or legitimate treatment.) I think this site could certainly benefit its users with a more rigid email/text alert system to remind users to order refills, but I also understand it takes a lot of manpower and time to get something like that off the ground. (I also only today discovered the automatic renewal request.) It is worth any cost to have a clinician not shame you for needing treatment that has stigma behind it. I’m unsure of how helpful Done is for initial diagnoses as I was diagnosed prior to using it. I wish more specialties could be treated with telemed only.

I met with a really great provider who actually listened to my concerns and decided to start me on a low dose of an adhd medication. I have been trying to seek treatment for years but no doctors would take me seriously and I was so relieved I was finally being heard. The provider made me feel validated, which I haven’t experienced in the past. I was told the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy the next day. The next morning I received a text message saying they needed my address updated in the portal. I immediately updated it and even sent a message to let them know that I updated the information. There was a delay in getting my prescription because it was a holiday weekend but a covering provider sent it over and I was able to pick it up as soon as they resumed normal operations after the holiday. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Done and getting treated instead of dismissed.

I was a little skeptical at first due to mixed reviews but decided to give it a try and glad I did. I was quickly set up with a specialist and we had a great chat about my issues and how to best approach them. I've been using their services for about 5 months now and my life has significantly changed for the better. I now understand that a lot of my problems in life were caused by undiagnosed ADHD. This service is perfect in the digital age where mental health is still hard to talk about. This platform allows us to connect with someone specifically about symptoms of ADHD without feeling judged. I feel like my problems are finally heard by someone who understands rather than be given generic advice that doesn't work. I'd highly recommend this service.

My clinician was amazing, kind, understanding and knowledgeable! Deserves more than 5 stars! I feel I will be more successful in daily life as a result of having had her as my clinician! I haven't felt this hopeful in a very long time! I know the struggle isn't magically over, but I now that have a supportive, positive, professional on my side, I feel much more hopeful! I can't thank her enough! I've tried several of the other similar services (or at least they claim to be similar) over the years and Done is by far the best! No run around, no false promises, they literally have the perfect name- I'm'Done' searching, 'Done' waiting around for appointments and 'Done' suffering needlessly! I can't believe I was able to get a same day appointment with such a great clinician! I thought it was too good to be true, but my rx is at the pharmacy waiting for me and I have peace of mind that I'm on the right track for the first time in a long time!

Done has helped me finally feel heard. I have been struggling with ADHD most of my life and they were the only ones to take me seriously. Their app is easy to use and contacting a provider is very simple.

After years of thinking I was not able to be like everyone else, getting tasks completed ,etc. I took the step and found help help and now with the help from Done I feel wonderful. Thank you Done

Using Done. has been a great experience. I have been using it for 4 months now and talking to my provider has been easy to schedule and the calls have been informative. My prescription refills can be requested online and my provider answers all my questions quickly. He has really helped me get control of my ADHD and anxiety. For the price and ease of use, I’d highly recommend Done.
