DoneFirst allows you to schedule a monthly consultation, and a way to communicate easily to adjust your medication. With the ability to use capsule, it feels like an effective problem solve to a problem that many face that has not been given adequate attention.

Easy to start, easy to adjust. Appointments are professional, thorough, and fast. Dose adjustments are easy, just schedule a follow up and talk to Doctor directly. I’m thankful this service exists because it puts control back in my hands, guided by an expert.

Very easy. Online portal simple to access. Orginally when I went to sign up I saw some crazy reviews that if you can’t make your appointment they take your money and refuse contact - total lie. Doctors work w you, even will txt for more convenient times. I love done!

09/ 14/ 2021 I got a text message that my very first consultation has been rescheduled to a morning appointment and LESS than the 48 hour time to cancel. I scheduled a late evening because I can’t make morning appointments due to work. Customer service did reach out to me the next day and were very helpful with rescheduling me to an appointment time that fit my schedule, with no charges or extra fees. 09/ 18/ 2021 My first consultation went great! My nurse practitioner was right on time and very nice, non judgmental and understanding. She explained to me how the service works, discussed with me my history and current concerns. She is very informative and knowledgeable. After our consultation she explained to me my treatment options, answered any questions I had and started a treatment plan for me. She also explained that medication was sent at the end of her work day and would be ready at the pharmacy for me the next day. I got an alert the next day that my prescription was ready to be picked up. She went over how to reach out to her if my medication needs adjustment, for follow ups or any questions I may have. She was really great and I finally feel like someone understands my daily struggles without thinking I’m a medication seeker. I work in the medical field myself seeing providers assume that a patient is drug seeking rather than really understanding how much the person is honestly struggling. Everything went really well and I had a very good experience. I’m so relieved that my nurse practitioner was so kind and informative.

They really quickly helped me figure out a solution to my adhd, and were able to connect me with a doctor without a long wait who understood how I was feeling and what I needed. They're easy to work with (including insurance-wise), kind, understanding and knowledgeable.

The consultation was quick and judgement free. After trying just about every antidepressant available, I started researching ADHD and realized it was very likely the root cause of my depression. After trying for months to get treated by my PCP who seemed to have moral objections to stimulant medication, I tried Done. My Done provider asked the relevant questions, was very pleasant, and had answers to all of my questions. Not getting any strange looks or pointedly judgemental questions/statements was a huge relief after dealing with my regular doctor. I've been on meds for 2 months now, and the overwhelming majority of the issues that have plagued me for the last 25 years have resolved. This service has greatly improved my quality of life! The only criticism I have so far is that it's hard to get detailed billing information on their website. It's not a huge deal, but it makes finding budgeting information a little bit harder.

As someone who has dealt with severe ADHD my entire life, but untreated and self-managed for most of my adult life, Done has been a lifesaver. ADHD is hardly an exact science, and the care team gets that - it's not your typical "throw pills at it" operation that has left me so frustrated in the past. I will admit, I have been very good at self-managing myself, but the arrival of Done has helped me to focus on that last 10% or so to feel in control and on top of my ADHD truly.

Having signed up for Done First has been life changing. It was somewhat intimidating seeking care at first for ADHD, but the team at Done made it easy and help you every step of the way.
