The application was very user friendly and my Doctor was great. She explained how medication will help me and how to take it properly and safe. She was there to answer any questions and address concerns. I’d recommend this company to anyone I know. My symptoms have been under control for the first time in years.

Convenient is an understatement. I’m a mother of 3, my older 2 have been home from school since COVID hit and my youngest was born weeks before the first lockdowns. Needless to say I was struggling and getting away for a traditional appointment seemed impossible. After my first appointment my doctor was able to come up with a plan that was well suited for my specific needs. I was breastfeeding at the time and that was a big factor, but my doctor has been very accommodating. The only issue I’ve had was the fault of my pharmacy, and customer service has been incredibly helpful in resolving the issue each time.

My doctor was easy to talk too. She listened and understood my issues. No fuss prescription sent right to my pharmacy

Done. It's in the name! Donefirst makes it incredibly easy to schedule appointments with providers, mange medication, and, the monthly member's fee is consistent and easy to setup with autopay! Donefirst, has sincerely helped me with ease to get back on track with my wellbeing and school performance! I am incredibly thankful for them and in all honesty, I would be lost without them.

I signed up for Done when I was making a little bit above minimum wage, had no health insurance, and was really struggling emotionally. I couldn't afford the standard rates for psychiatrists in my area ($500+ for an evaluation plus $150-200 per follow up appointment). Working in the mental health field myself, I knew that when you first start seeing a psychiatrist, they often require monthly appointments until your symptoms are stable and I just couldn't afford that. Not to mention the long wait times to see someone, whether you're going through insurance or finding someone in private practice. Finding Done has been such a blessing! I originally started treatment for managing inattention and distractibility but later started medications for persistent depression and it's been life changing. My life now is so drastically different than when I first started treatment 7-8 months ago. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get help. I only wish they had more weekend and evening availability. I LOVED my first provider but had to switch when I got a new job because I couldn't step away for an appointment halfway through my work day. The Care Team/Customer service was very responsive and super helpful in getting me set up for a weekend appointment with a new provider, but I don't see any more weekend appointments. I haven't had any issues with getting or refilling prescriptions like others have mentioned, but I also didn't have to switch medications much before finding the right ones. Overall, I think it's a great service and recommend it all the time to people in my life who are needing help!

Done has changed my life. I have struggled with adult ADHD for many years without being diagnosed properly. My practitioner Kelly was wonderful and listened to my concerns and questions. This is truly a wonderful service for anyone who is struggling. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Response times have always been very fast and I have always had my questions answered in a very timely manner.

Appointments are easy to schedule and communication with my provider is easily available if I have concerns. I felt like my provider really listened to me, understood my concerns, and really cared and tried to help.
