I had a hard time getting Adderall from my primary doctor because of the hoops they require. I pay for everything out of pocket now and Done made it pretty easy. I have issues with paying attention. Without Done I would just stop taking meds and be less productive in my personal and professional life. The missing star is due to the slow turnaround with refills, I often miss the window at the 30 day mark. It really should be more automatic. A text on the 30 day mark would even work.

I am updating my review to 4 stars as after I left this, the company was quick in sending my refill to my pharmacy. I was out of the country on business by then unfortunately but the customer service I received after I posted this was good. I would highly advise to stay away from this company and use another provider for your ADHD needs. They advertise that they are quick to reply to messages, and issue prescription medication refills but this could not be further from the truth. The only thing they do on a timely manner is collect their monthly fee. It took over 2 weeks when I requested to meet with my provider. You have to request a refill every month and their response time to have this done is terrible. They say to allow 3 days for this to be sent to the pharmacy but as of today it has been 11 days since I have been trying to get my refill with no luck. I've only used Done 3 months but will be canceling my account with them for a different provider who actually cares about their customers and doesn't leave them hanging for days. I will be contacting the BBB as well to have them look into this terrible company.

Things were bumpy at first because of the huge influx of new patients, but once care was established, all has been well. Every issue I’ve had has been resolved within 72 hours by Do e’s care team. Providers can be hard to get in touch with, but the service is extremely valuable to me and it has served my situation well. I highly recommend Done for legitimate ADHD patients. For folks having issues, be patient. These are real people who are helping you.

Original Review (1 Star): Horriffic service and patient care. I was prescribed ADHD medication for a number of years but opted to go off medication. Last year I decided that I needed the medication again due to symptoms that are not managable through coping mechanisms. I didn't have insurance so I decided to try Done. After almost 6 weeks I still couldn't get a provider to stick to an appointment. Because I didn't have insurance I gave up for the time being then decided about 8 weeks ago that I wanted to try again and gave Done another chance. This time I was able to get a meeting with a provider within about 2 weeks and was able to get my presctiption back. The first meeting went well but the provider told me to reach out to her a week early for the refill because she has a lot of patients. I reached out TWO weeks early to explain where I was with the medication and ask for a slight doasge adjustment with my next refill. It has been over 14 days and I haven't heard back from my provider. I have now been out of medication since last Thursday and dealing with this ghosting is so stressful on top of the stress of dealing with my ADHD. I have tried both the normal helpline and the "Urgent" helpline. I have had two calls about this and have another one with URGENT in 40 minutes. They assure me they will have the provider reach out and then nothing. Now, I essentially don't have a provider because she won't return my messages, and Done has taken another $80 out of my account for basically no reason. If I don't have my prescription by the end of the day today I will be filing a Malpractice complaint with my states professional compliance office as well as posting this review everywhere I can online. Based on these other reivews this sound like it could be a class action situation before long. Get it together Done. Why keep advertising and accepting new patients if you are overloaded? You are accepting patients money, not allowing providers to do more than one script at a time so that you can get your $80 a month, and obviously don't have any acocuntability protocols for your providers. Patient abandonment is illegal and wrong and you either need to fix this or be shut down. Edit (Still 1 Star): Done, thank you for the response. I have provided my assigned providers name and my information which you requested through Trustpilot. As an update I was able to make some progress with the urgent line today. While the customer support person can still not reach my provider they are going to try and have someone else refill my prescription. That is a temporary solution and frustrating because I had requested a dosage adjustment as my current prescription is effective but too weak so if I eat breakfast it makes the medicine basically ineffective. This floating provider can only refill the original prescription - at least I will have something for this month. I was told that there is no information about when I will be able to get an appointment with my assigned provider or with any other provider in my state. I really hope this gets resolved. You should't have to fight for healthcare, especially when you are paying out of pocket. I will provide another update if/when I get my prescription, and if/when I get in with a provider. Edit (2 Star): I got my original prescription filled by a different provider within the Done network. No follow up on the dosage adjustment and I am still stuck with the same lady who won't get back to me but at least I have my medication for the month even if I can't eat breakfast in order to get it to work. I adjusted to 2* for now. If I get a follow up from my provider about the dosage adjustment and get my next prescription filled I will bump up to 3* but based on my experience with this company they don't currently deserve more than that. If my next prescription isn't filled on time itll be back to a 1* and I will be going to my primary care physician now that I have insurance. Edit (3 Star): Customer service has been in contact with me a few times now (I have been dealing with two customer reps and the have been great). They helped get me assigned to a new provider and so far he seems very proactive. He also has reviewed the messages answering medication questions that I had sent to the original provider and while I just got a script for the original prescription, he has sent in a post dated script for next month so that there is no possible chance that I will be without my medication. Done has really made a great effort and if I continue to have a positive experience I will continue to increase my rating. For now I think that 3 stars is fair as the initial experience was really very negative but they have really seemed to turn it around. I will update again in a few months and bump up to 4 if everything is going well. Edit (4 star): Over a year of excellent care. I’m out of characters but really 4.5/5*

I’ve had a exceptional experience with my Done Doc and the care team that assists them. Any issues that I have had are with trying to get meds when I’m traveling out of state.

This has been a frustrating experience. I understand the national shortage of medication but when I, myself have been calling different pharmacies, and confirmed they have the medication in stock and then for DONE to reply back saying the pharmacy is no longer accepting telehealth when my friend who uses DONE just received his prescription from the same pharmacy. Now it’s either they are lying or the pharmacy just so happens to not take prescriptions after my friend got his. I was delayed getting my medication in the month of December for almost two weeks and now it’s been two weeks for this month. It’s frustrating. Edit: I appreciate the support team at DONE that have reached out to try to fix this situation. They even gave me a credit back for this month. I just wish it wasn’t this hard to get my prescription filled. Now needing to figure out the next month..

xxxx EDIT: I was able to get my rx as Done followed up with my pharmacy after I left my original review on the 9th and they found that Kaiser's stock had been replenished in the new year, though no one at Kaiser bothered to follow up with me. (surprised? no) The day after the rx was filled by Kaiser I had a consult with my Dr. at Done and we discussed the national shortage of certain meds and some concerns that I had about the med I was taking so we changed the med and I should be able to pick it up tonight after work. I appreciate the work that Done is doing, though I do wish that the subscription fee was a bit lower. I will stay with Done especially since Kaiser has thrown up yet another roadblock in my way to get care through them. Thanks Done.

I had some difficulty obtaining my medication for one month, but was directed to the urgent hotline and was immediately taken care of. This was the first time I had an issue, and while it took some time, I highly recommend using the helpful team on the urgent hotline as they will expedite a solution.
