Terrible! My provider was a no show on two appointments. No emails. No messages after sending out several. They take your money and don’t give you an actual provider or meds! It’s a scam! Don’t trust these guys! Look elsewhere!

My appointment was a no show, I scheduled a call and no one ever called me. I’ve tried to email and still nothing. They always call me on time when I have a scheduled call so I don’t know if something is going on, I just wish I could actually talk to somone from the company.

There was a change with RX outreach requiring done customers to directly pay RX out reach. I was charged for the month of May for service and prescription and never received my medication. Done neglected to inform me that this change would occur. This issue was never resolved. I had to take matters into my own hands and contact RX outreach. I am owed remimbersment for May.

Done was great for a year, but randomly became unreliable. They took my monthly payment this month. I submitted my refill an week ago with no response so far. My provider ghosted, and they never assigned me with a new provider. Scheduled 5 emergency call backs, never received a call back. Emailed them so many times, no response. It’s really bad. So I decided to cancel my membership, and go to a real provider. Done is a very poorly ran company with a lot of glitches. If a provider quits, they leave you in limbo. You literally have no one to contact for help. They have NO customer service call line, only a schedule call back and support email. But you will receive no response from these either. Do yourself a favor and go to your family doctor.

Almost impossible to talk to anyone that isn’t a bot. Charged me my subscription price twice a month, claiming the extra charge was for the pharmacy. Even though the nonprofit pharmacy was a separate entity, the price they charged was the exact same amount as the subscription, and it was more than what i would have paid for my subscription out of pocket.

I have not received my medication. I have not heard back from support. It’s been almost More than 4 days since I’ve gotten a reply.

Issues more often than not each month, non-existent support. I set up an appointment with the care team for an urgent matter and they did not call.

They blow you off when they say they will call you at the scheduled time, drop you from your provider without your warning or consent, lie about the paperwork they need and when they need it, don't ever answer any emails you send them, and steal your money for the privilege. STAY AWAY, Done First does not care about any of their patients. I have waited for two weeks without responses to emails I have sent, have been blown off for calls from customer service TWICE, and am ready to dispute the charges on my card because they simply will NOT help me. Update: after going without any sort of reply, I was able to do a charge back and recover the money this scam took without giving me care. Now it seems like they finally want to talk to me. UPDATE 2: It is an absolute JOKE that this company has the gall to demand I schedule a call via that link in their reply. When I followed it it showed no appointments available, so I would not even be able to call them back. IN ADDITION, I tried multiple times over the course of a week to get a call from them, and they blew me off every time. It's ridiculous that they would think I would want to try again only to be ignored. Especially considering their founders have been legally charged for their shady practices.
