I have just started with done. And so far it has been a breeze. I hadn't been able to even get a consultation with a psychiatrist after being diagnosed ADHD. I contacted SO MANY. Done helped me get a prescription within a week. I had been trying for literally years. The psychiatrist I'm assigned to is really nice, doesn't make me feel judged or less than for seeking treatment, and listens to me. Seriously amazing. It seems a little spendy at first, but it's about what I'd be paying with deductibles and my insurance covers the prescription.

My experience has been nothing but exceptional. My provider was very thorough but efficient in my initial interview, and continues to be very responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

16 months of runaround with various healthcare places, mostly Atlanticare Behavioral health. Diagnosed with ADD by neurologist a year prior, then lost normal healthcare coverage and had to go on our state plan which forced to give up regular neurologist. After numerous appointments and misdiagnosis, missed online appointments waiting in online waiting rooms forever, no psychiatrists available, mandatory counseling and still cannot get medication. Finally Saw an ad on TikTok and said is this too good to be true. Well finally called on Friday had an appointment on Monday and prescription in hand Wednesday morning. I cannot say how thankful I am for this company they really took all the aggravation factor out of it thank you very much I'm so glad you're here. I thought they were thorough with intake the doctor was knowledgeable and understood my issues and made me feel very thankful.

They set me up with a trained physician and he was able to quickly go through a thorough assessment to determine if I had adhd. After his assessment and diagnosis he was able prescribe and send the script to my local pharmacy where I was able to pick them up the next day. Great service. Good website.

In general, the done team makes absolutely sure to meet their clients needs on a speedy basis. Overall, I have found them to be professional and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for basic telemedicine and prescription maintenance. However, the done model does not allow for standard counseling services, which I have sought elsewhere. If you are looking for regularly scheduled therapy, done is not for you.

Done first was a life changer. I wasn't sure why I wasn't getting tasks done, and it seemed more recently that it was becoming a detriment to my life. Brian really helped me understand what ADHD was, asked me questions, and then basically started describing most of the things in my life to a tee. Getting diagnosed with ADHD and getting the treatment I needed has helped me improve in all facets of my life, and I feel better everyday. I recommend everyone talking to a professional at Done if they think they may have ADHD. These people are truly professionals.

So far so good. I see a lot of reviews saying that after the first couple of months things start to fall off but so far I love the service. It’s quick, it’s easy, I don’t have to call to set up appointments. Appointments are short and sweet and I’m able to fit them in throughout my days instead of losing half my day to it!
