I can honestly say without a doubt they are very professional, when I encountered an issue, they addressed it almost immediately within the hour & also had 3 different people get back to me over the course of a week or two to apologize for the sudden rescheduling of my appointment, which was literally the day before I was to see my provider, & right after they’d already charged my card. They refunded me PROMPTLY, as in within 45 minutes of reaching out through the message portal. I was nervous because I didn’t see a number I could call to speak to someone about it & thought I had gotten duped… That was not the case at all!!! I was given excellent customer service AND the best part was that the provider still saw me despite the fact I swore I’d cancelled my appointment. I’m honestly blown away by their superior treatment of me. If money is what’s stopping you from doing this, like it was for me when I first saw this advertised, please know that it’s worth it. Just to feel heard & taken seriously, for once, without my history of chronic pain from permanent nerve damage being the reason/scapegoat for prior Drs not addressing my ADHD needs, was such a wonderfully liberating feeling. I was so upset with how other places shunned me & mistreated me, especially given they were behavioral health facilities that preach the importance of self-care & mental health! I struggled to get myself to even schedule for this due to my prior mistreatment at my old facility. It felt as if I had ptsd from the way I was treated at other places. It even stopped me from seeking the much needed help with my adhd out of fear of being rejected & labeled/treated as a drug seeking addict. The other places made me feel ashamed of my medical problems (I promise I didn’t ask to be dealt the crappy hand I was given with my spinal cord injuries & cysts in my spine) & that resulted in giving me more of a complex by not taking me seriously. I was essentially an anxious mess non-stop about it. I couldn’t focus on anything at all. My house was falling apart, I was failing my children with remote learning & getting their completed assignments submitted on time. I shut down for months, feeling like a failure.😭 Now, I HAVE HOPE!!😃 I am getting things done, & it feels like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I finally felt relief & validation. I will forever be grateful for Done & their wonderful providers for helping me to get my life back together. I had anxiety/doubts about doing an online appointment; however, my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! My provider was very thorough & he went over my medical records with me. The sudden reschedule was due to a change/mishap in his schedule & he was so apologetic for it. They absolutely get a 20/10 for every area that I can think of. I initially had a bad taste in my mouth because the reschedule happened within an hour of being charged the remaining amount for my visit which was scheduled for the day after. They completely understood where I felt sketched out & addressed it immediately, which is unheard of these days! Let me tell you, again, my provider was simply outstanding! For once, I actually felt heard & listened to, rather than being stereotyped as a drug seeker. I absolutely hate taking medication, but know when it’s necessary & when to seek help. I have had nearly 10 back surgeries within the past 5 years. I’ve struggled so badly with Drs treating me like I’m a drug seeking addict because of the meds my other Drs prescribed me for my chronic pain/spinal cord disorders. I’ve even had 3 spinal cord stimulators put in within the past 3 years, 2 of which were within 8 months of each other, the point being here that I’m clearly not faking it. Take it from me, as I’ve been dubbed the Murphy’s Law of all things medical (laughing but serious), please sign up, you will not regret it! Your life is waiting for you!💓🙃

Done was prompt when I had questions during the process and were able to schedule me for appointments quickly and efficiently. I truly liked that I was able to attend appointments from the comfort of my own home and had access to professional practitioners.

Truly the easiest appointment I’ve ever had. So much more simple than going to a doctors office every month, paying a deductible for them to ask you “how are you doing” to pick up a prescription. Erin Kim was upfront, friendly, explained the process and my prescription was ready to pick up the same day. THANK YOU! This alone saved me $800 in one appointment and 11 less in person visits!

The process that Done has implemented is easy, and the team is really great. Having ADHD and the anxiety that comes with it means it's a bit more difficult for some of us to do (or think about doing) things like in-person doctor appointments. Done has seriously changed my life.

The Done team has been exceptional through and through with rapid and patient-centered communication. After a quick registration and intake, my initial consultation was one of the first times I've ever felt seen and heard by a medical provider. Before I found Done, I was struggling day to day but since receiving appropriate treatment, I feel as if I can take on anything that comes my way. Other locations/providers were expensive and required lengthy workups and tests but Done is straightforward and worth the monthly cost! Highly recommend this service if you're looking to better your mental health!
