I was skeptical on the service but my initial setup appointment and follow up have been great. My prescription was delivered to my door within a few days of speaking with my wonderful clinician, and I was immediately able to schedule my follow up appointment. This has been great with my busy schedule as everything seems streamlined so far.

They are great for responses. My provider is wonderful and always listens to my concerns and helps me understand Amy questions I have It's great being able to do it online because it's not always easy getting to an office for an appointment. They respond quickly.

I can’t express enough how much Done has helped me. I had previously visited my PCP to discuss my ADHD concerns. He made me feel judged and referred me to see a psychiatrist 2 hours away from my house. I made the trip only to find out I would need to take another day off from work and take a several hour long test. The entire process was daunting and discouraging. I ended up not going to the appointment and my work performance and personal life continued to suffer related to my uncontrolled ADHD. A few months later I found Done. I was skeptical at first but my provider spend over 45 minutes with me discussing my symptoms and plan of care. He prescribed an appropriate medication and I was able to pick it up the same day at a pharmacy close to my house. I would 100% recommend Done.

This has been an amazing experience for me. To have a provider listen, believe me, and validate my experience was so healing. Getting ADHD treatment from an expert in these meds is highly recommended. She knew exactly where to start and where to go as we find the right fit. And every decision is up to me as well. It's what I always wanted but never believed, since most doctors are dismissive and ignorant beyond the basics. I recommend this to everyone I know who has ADHD because it's convenient, quality care, and you can message between appointments and make adjustments. The support team has also answered me same day on the weekends as I was trying to pick up a prescription. They're more on top of it than my PCP!
