Drugs that they prescribe aren't always in stock, and its hard to get a person on the phone when needed. When you do get the treatment needed, they are excellent.

Done is a wonderful opportunity to get help when conventional methods aren’t a fit to an already hectic routine. Life can be overwhelming and Done presents help where someone may need it most. Done is there to confirm that there are capable people who care about your well-being. Done is backup when you need it and how you need it the most.

Thy have really stepped it up in the last year or so to make sure that things are done in a timely and professional manner. Was definitely ready to move elsewhere a few times but happy with how easy things are now that they have their stuff together (along w the rxoutreach mail-order pharmacy they work with).

Everything is good except the lag time with RX Outreach. Eventually they get around to it, so it's alright, and thier prices are fair so that is great and I will continue to use them. It would be nice if the time between Done sending them the prescription and them shipping it out was 1-3 days but lately it's been +7 days lag. Done overall is great.

For someone like myself who has been diagnosed previously by a psychiatrist it’s a great convenient option while searching for a practice locally. If I am not able to find someone locally I will utilize it again. Thank you DONE ✅

The provider is great, and the team is great. The only thing that I believe is a must improve on is the app itself, The patient interface is not easily maneuverable or accessible, that’s the only thing holding back the five star.
