After reading all the reviews on here, I was confident Done was out of business. I can confirm that as of today, July 20th, 2024, they are still filling prescriptions. I just had mine filled this afternoon. I've been with Done for a couple years now and it's been a rocky ride. The customer service is great, when and IF you can get ahold of a live person. At times that is impossible. Much like the liberal media, it's hard to decipher the truth. The doctors are hit or miss. You either get a great doctor or a terrible one that doesn't respond to you. If you actually need the medication, express your concerns up front and make sure they actually care. If you get the feeling they don't, ask for a new doctor because for the most part, this is a pill farm. For those of us that actually need the medication, it's a life saver. As for the bot responding to all these reviews, pay no attention to it. It is a fully automated machine that repeated cycles through the same messages over and over again. That or they pay some poor soul in India a couple bucks an hour to copy and paste generic responses. I'm fairly certain the responses are generated based on the experience ranking you give.

My first two months with them were great. However - I am due for a refill and they have not responded for a week and a half. I Am still paying monthly. I can’t even make an appointment to see my clinician

Communication wasn’t the best, went about a week and a half without responding to me. I ended up booking a call with the support team. Franz is a great customer care rep. Listened to my story, gave me helpful information, and accepted my account cancellation and refund request without argument. In a world of terrible customer service, get yourself a Franz!

I have been with DONE for over a year and have greatly appreciated their services - until lately. I have ADD and reside in a small town where it is challenging to find a healthcare provider who will not only listen to me but also prescribe the necessary medication. Therefore, my current DONE provider has been a great help. While I am uncertain about the current situation within the company, it seems evident from other feedback I have seen that there is definitely something amiss. I submitted a request for my monthly refill on July 2nd. Initially, my provider indicated that it had been processed, but later informed me that a 4 month follow-up was due. Not a problem… I get online to schedule it, only to discover the soonest appointment is July 16. A whole two weeks after my refill was due. As a result, I have experienced distressing withdrawal symptoms for and despite reaching out to the DONE support team multiple times for assistance, I have not received a response. Although I appreciate the appointment scheduled for the 16th, the past two weeks have been extremely challenging for me mentally and my ability to perform effectively at work has been significantly impacted. I hope that any current issues within the DONE organization are resolved promptly, for my sake and for others who rely on this service.

Communication is very unreliable at best, often time with no response. With this being an online business you would think response times would be quicker than 3-5 business days. Like the idea of this, just wish it was more efficient.

That montly membership is a bit crazy.

I appreciate the assistance in receiving ADHD medication. However, multiple prescriptions and the ongoing date changes tend to be a monthly issue. I’m unsure if identity theft is a frequent problem.

Update:: Had my last appointment 8 days ago, after my review I was called by their customer service team and promised my refill request would be escalated and I'd get a credit on my next bill. That was 3 days ago, and 2 calls later and they still haven't sent in the prescription the doctor prescribed over a week ago! This is ridiculous, you bet they never miss a day pulling my $90 out each month. I like that it is an easy platform to get my diagnosis and medication started to find the right prescription and dosage but once that’s done I’d hoped to move to my PCP but was told I can’t do that, have to keep paying $90/month to keep getting it. And their refill situation sucks. Consistently, no matter when I request a refill or the doctor changes the medicine, it is never called in and available for me until a minimum of 4-5 after I need the refill causing me to be continuously messing with the momentum I start gaining each month.
