I am disgusted with this company. It's been less than a year and I'm being told that I need to pay an additional $120. This company is a fraud and is now switching to Mindful. Just don't.

After seeing three different providers, only one prescribed me adhd medication, the other two tried pushing their own agendas that had nothing to do with adhd. I had a bad reaction to one medication, okay cool it happens, but then I got out with a quack that tried in every way to not give me adhd medication. I asked for a refund or to be put with someone actually competent enough to help me find a medicine that worked, they opted for refund. Severely frustrated with this whole experience. Note, I was fully diagnosed before going through Done/Mindful, but they do everything to not help you get medication, though that’s the subscription I opted for.

If I could give zero stars I would. My provider did not join the call, I waited for 30 minutes. Then I called over and over with no response, when I email I receive a generic email that makes no sense and simply repeats the same response over and over.

greatest joke around. if it can go wrong it will! I can't get my prescription after emailing back and forth with what seems like various customer service people for weeks. I say that because no one really seems to know what I've written in past emails. now my credit card won't work on their new site and I can't change it myself. they want me to send them a bunch of stuff so they can verify with my bank...? ive had providers no show or cancel appointments right before scheduled time. I wouldn't use this site unless you are absolutely desperate and okay with meds now and then, appointments at providers whimsy, clueless customer service and confused billing department. they are now changing their name to Mindful which may be to get away from original name. I never write bad reviews, but a persons mental health is too important to be treated this way. thee could be very harmful ramifications of missed meds and appointments. be good to yourself, spend the little extra money and find a dr you can trust!

I have begrudgingly been a paying member here for 4 awful years, and today was supposed to be the day I get my prescription filled, I attempted to get ahead of it 24hrs in advance and asked for my prescription to be called in the following day, to which I received zero correspondence. Then the day my refill has been issued on for 4 straight years (25 day intervals) I received no response until I emailed support directly, to which I received a reply with the surprising news that this company (they recently changed their name to Mindful. I assume due to Donefirst’s trash reputation) arbitrarily changed the interval of refills by 3 days despite their patient portal still Indicating 25 days where I would usually request my refill manually VIA a link on my home page. After our correspondence on this discrepancy and being told I would have to wait until the following Monday (this happened on a Wednesday) to get my medication for no discernible reason, I logged back in to the patient portal to find the link to manually request my refill had been removed entirely. No date when I could request it, and no indication of any kind relating to my refill date. Nearly 1k a year for this kind of service is absurd, and that is just for membership, cost of medication is separate. If you can find similar healthcare elsewhere, DO IT.

This would be a perfect platform if it wasn't for the lack of customer support and the website. I dont know what moron software developers they hired to create the site, but they should get their money back. The ONLY way you can log into your account is through a text message verification, no email at all. So if you have a new number, you have to email support (because they have support number) and request to update your info. I've sent three different requests, they've responded telling me my information has been updated, and I still can't log in to my account because "phone number not registered" error. So the website is flat stupid stupid and support is practically non-existent and worthless.... Part 2: As you can see they responded to me below. And sent me a link telling me to schedule an appointment to speak to an agent. However, the website simply says "no appointments available". Just proving my point how worthless the people at done are.

I send in for my prescription refill and three days later the doctor responds that she will send in after a visit. Not a big deal except they have no open appointments for the next 20 days. I’m going to run out of my prescription today, they expect there patients to go weeks without and act like it’s no big deal. How is it ok to hold someone’s prescription ransom. It’s not my fault that you have no availability for the next three weeks.

Continued to charge me, wouldn’t refund the service after an unprofessional intake happened where she was at home without earphones and her family heard the intake and it was noisy. I felt violated
