This is my second month update using DoneFirst and I'm really thankful for how easy and seamless the whole process has been. I'm glad I finally checked them out. They're knowledgeable and have been great about responding and clarifying any concerns or questions I have. The simple process was really important seeing as though I tend to get discouraged when faced with mountains of paperwork, meetings etc.

My experience with Done. Has been seamless. I signed up and was able to see a doctor within a few days, I was carefully listened to & given a diagnosis. From there, all of the information I needed for getting medication was readily accessible. And when an issue came up with my insurance, I received what I needed from the Done. team that same day. I’d highly recommend their service and I’m so glad I stumbled across their website.

10/10 experience! It was all around very efficient. The doctor was really kind and understanding when chatting through my concerns.

Using DoneFirst was a serious pleasure. The professional I got paired with and met up with, Elizabeth, was amazing. She listened to my problems, showed genuine concern and desire to help, educated me on ADHD, and got me the help I needed (in the form of meds) extremely quickly. She is always ready to work with me on dosage and listen to my experiences helping me get to the right place. I can't recommend donefirst enough. If you feel that you struggle with ADHD, diagnosed already or not, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with them and getting help.

Done is super convenient and easy to use! My initial appointment was efficient and I got my diagnosis and prescription within that same day. Everything has been straightforward and simple. I had to change pharmacies for one of my refills and that was done seamlessly with no error. I requested that I only receive one of my prescribed medications for one of my refills and that also occurred without any error or hassle. I really appreciate how ergonomic and helpful Done has been and highly recommend it for anyone looking for an easy, online method to adhd treatment.

This app and their service has been not only life changing but life saving both! Having been a long term member of the hospitality industry insurance has been something that is not always offered, expensive, and just didn’t make sense to carry at times since scheduling rarely allowed me to actually go to appointments. But the further I got into my career owning my own business and being the head chef in my corporate position, I began to realize I didn’t function the same as others and needed help with this. I met with one of their counselors and sure enough at 32 years old was diagnosed with ADHD. Fast forward through the pandemic and my fiancé and I were relocated, which meant I had to shift myself. We made the decision that upon selling my business I would be able to pursue a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. This has only been with the support I receive and treatment options. Additionally since I had to leave my salary position, I had to go off of my insurance for a time and done has worked with me to make sure I could still get my medication even while transitioning over 10 hours away. With access to remote appointments I have been able to keep up with managing my ADHD. With help from Done I have not only been able to better manage the stress that comes with all these life changes, moves, wedding planning, master’s classes, and pursuing my dream career, but also taught me how this effects my emotions and how I feel about myself, helping me better manage personal aspects I didn’t realize I was dealing with as well, improving my relationship with myself and others I cherish in my life.

Any issue is resolved quickly. Customer service communicates well and handles any problems. Very pleased with my experience so far!
