Done. or donefirst's team of doctors, clinicians, and associates provide a phenomenal service for those who are newly and previously diagnosed with ADHD. As someone who knew for years prior to receiving a formal diagnosis, having the ability to speak candidly with a knowledgeable, considerate, understanding doctor about symptoms and experiences was incredible. The validation received from truly being understood and heard was life changing. Their program provides a myriad of ways to interact with the team that ensures ease of treatment no matter how busy or free your schedule may be. I especially appreciate the ability to video chat and send follow up questions in messages. 10/10 would suggest this company for those seeking treatment for ADHD.

I've been using Done for over a year now and it's been a lifesaver. I lost insurance a while back and so I thought going off my meds cold turkey would be fine... it wasn't. I got about a quarter done in the day that I needed, and would space out horribly, and could barely sleep or follow any routine. I discovered Done, had a great initial appointment, and it's been a lifesaver since, so much cheaper than trying to go to a psychiatrist or doctor every month without insurance and pay out of pocket, so a great option for those in a part time job or food/bev field that doesn't offer insurance and you're relatively healthy besides needing ADHD treatment. Not therapy, more for those who already have had consistent treatment and need help continuing that treatment. Seems like it's a fairly new service, definitely the way medical providers seem to going, but it does mean there are some bumps along the road. Patience is key, and bumps happen with in person, traditional places too. Every now and then I have to remind them of a refill request, but it's never been detrimental, and the support team clearly does care and tries to communicate to you and the provider as best they can. I've loved watching the improvements they've implemented since I started with them and can't wait to stick around with them to watch them continue to grow! Thanks Done!

Done has been such a great experience for me! I have been told I had ADHD by teachers my entire time in school, but never realized what an impact it was having on my life until I found Done in adulthood. My treatment plan has honestly changed my life. Done taught me how to manage my ADHD and my therapist has explained the science behind ADHD so thoroughly!

The entire process was very easy & made my fears of trying to get treatment/see someone about my problems fade quickly. Getting an appointment was quick. Once we determined a treatment, the prescription was sent to my pharmacy within 30 minutes. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

We had a scheduling glitch for my first appt but they addressed it right away and had me a new appt the following morning. My practitioner is very easy to talk to and gave really helpful feedback. The whole process is much easier and convenient than actually going to an office for treatment. I definitely recommend it.
