For the first time, I feel heard. I’m a 38 year old woman and I’ve been struggling with ADHD symptoms my entire life - not realizing what they were. Over the past 3 years, I’ve continually brought up my concerns to my Primary Care doctor and my gynecologist, but my concerns were brushed off. My first appointment was the longest time a doctor has ever spent listening to me. My follow-up appointments have also been professional and I have left feeling heard. These professionals are top-notch and clearly invested in LISTENING and HELPING. Since receiving my ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan, my life has improved very much; I’ve been promoted at work, my kids make comments daily about how clean the house is, and my bills are finally paid on time! Done is an incredible service and I’m very thankful for it.

I was hesitant to try Done based on some of the negative reviews. However, I am so beyond relieved that I did. I was desperate. Over the last 20 years I had been prescribed so any different anti depressants and anxiety meds that never helped me feel any better (sometimes I felt even worse). I had given up. I never felt heard or taken seriously when trying to figure out why my whole life I never felt "normal" and I legit felt like my brain was broken. My Done provider listened to me and helped me understand myself better. I tried a new medication reluctantly, but much to my surprise, it has literally been a life saver. I finally feel like a "normal", productive, balanced human being. I've been using Done for almost a year now. My provider is very responsive and timely. He also is very thorough and transparent which I appreciate. I've never had issues getting a response or having a prescription refilled. I've even had Done reach out to me a few times to touch base and make sure everything was going smoothly. I think it's unfortunate some people do not have the same experience as me. Maybe it varies based on location, provider , or each individuals ability to navigate the website (it can seem tricky if you not read all the instructions or what to expect). Or perhaps Done has worked through some hiccups that come with being a new business. I can't say for sure, but all I know is now I'm living a life that feels worth living. I'm forever grateful to finally have figured out what my issues have been my whole life and to get a handle on treating it!! Thank you!

Absolutely worth it! My doctor was amazing. She was patient and listened to me, and respected how we'll I know myself. I have had ADHD my whole life. I've been on the same medication, and it's the only thing that works for me. Seeing a shrink once a month and paying a fortune for them basically writing a script, does not have to be the way you get the treatment you need. Check these guys out immediately if you have ADHD. You'll be so glad you did!

It's hard to even put into words how helpful this service has been! I've had an adhd diagnosis my whole life, however I live in a very small area and we don't have access to affordable or timely psychiatry. My practitioner was so kind, and completely judgement free. She made me feel welcome, heard, understood and most importantly treated my ADHD in a way that I was comfortable with and would help my individual issues and needs. Having access to a service like this is truly life changing. I am finally capable of staying on task and functioning as a normal adult. I wish I had had access to this my whole life. I highly recommend them, and if I ever have issues they have made it abundantly clear they are here to help us, and they are not a profit above patient facility.

Have been subscribed with done for over a year now, nothing but great service & help. Harman the nurse practitioner is the best, would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for great feedback & suggestions on what you’re looking for.

My practitioner has done an excellent job confirming my diagnosis. I appreciate her listening skills and ability to dial in on how to best assist. She’s been wonderful. In addition, the customer service team has responded quickly and followed through perfectly when their help was needed.

I have been seeing my doctor for years about my symptoms and she always wanted to treat me for anxiety and depression. I knew it was something more than that so I found done. After one appointment and listening I received my diagnosis and we started a care plan. Now that I am on the proper medication, it has been a game changer.

My first appointment was great. My provider was on time and she was very easy to talk to, and I didn't feel like I was being judged at all! It was a very smooth process and I actually got my prescription the same day! It's been amazing getting my ADHD symptoms under control for the first time since I was a teenager. The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating is because I'm pretty disappointed with the patient portal and the refill request feature. My first refill is due tomorrow, and I wasn't able to request a refill until late last night at about 9:00 PM, at first I didn't think it would be a big deal, until I got the text from DONE that says "It may take up to 3 business days to process your refill request" So now I'm worried I won't get my refill until late next week because I wasn't able to put my refill request in until late Friday night. I just think we should be able to request a refill at least a few days before our medication runs out so we don't have to worry about running out. If it wasn't for this hiccup, I'd give DONE a 5 star rating. This is the only issue I've had so far. Update: Changing my review to 5 stars as I just found it was a glitch that didn't allow me to request a refill in time. The DONE support team just called me to get it worked out, without me even reaching out to them, first. And I've noticed the DONE Care Team are always fast at responding to any of my concerns. Everytime I've emailed the Care Team I've got a response within 15 minutes. So glad I got this worked out because getting my ADHD under control has been amazing for me.
