Using Done was incredibly easy and very clear. Every step and expectation was detailed so I knew what to expect. My video call with my doctor was a great experience as well. I felt heard and understood and was given a clear diagnosis and prescription on the same day.

This is the first time a doctor actually listened to me about my ADD symptoms. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to finally be in touch with someone who cared about me! My doctor was thoughtful and respectful and explained all aspects of care to me thoroughly. Once I began my medication, I actually cried because I didn’t know that so many of my issues surrounding my ADD could be addressed so quickly. Getting in touch with my doctor or anyone on the customer service team has been SUPER easy. All in all, I cannot say enough about DONE! They’ve legitimately changed my life, and I am so grateful.

So great, I’ve gone undiagnosed forever but knew my symptoms lined up with an adhd diagnosis. after speaking with the psychiatrist I felt so at ease. I didn’t feel judged and I got a prescription which helped SO much. I’m productive, energetic, happy, and so proud of myself for all the work I’ve accomplished.

I was skeptical about getting treatment from Done., compared through running it through my insurance and seeing a provider to get treatment for my ADHD. After multiple mixed reviews I took a leap of faith and made my initial appointment. The appointment times were so convenient and I was able to book an appointment that worked best for me. My doctor that I saw on the virtual visit knew exactly what I was trying to say when I didn’t have the right words to describe how I was feeling. He listened and didn’t rush me. He let me cry and offered some good advice. The whole experience is just amazing. I love using Done. Because they are so responsive and I was able to get the help I need without leaving my house.

Done has been incredibly helpful In completely turning the way I was managing my mental health into a simple, sustainable plan that is both easy to understand and follow and legitimately therapeutic. Having online access to my medications, my current regimine and the ability to send a message directly to my psychiatrist have been the most helpful functions of done-allowing me to be anxiety free knowing that help is a message away if I need it. BTW, random message to prove this is a real reveiw- I hate tuna.
