For many years I had to struggle with my mind and lack of focus. I explained what had been going on with me since high school, and it kept getting brushed off. That left me feeling hopeless and frustrated. After my first consult with my counselor, I could tell I was finally being heard and supported.

Pretty easy to get a consultation with their health team and get a prescription, definitely a lot easier and quicker than going through my typical overburdened health network. Of course it's a little expensive but otherwise I have no complaints.

Done was very reliable and fast. I got an appointment quickly and got the help I needed. The tech is impressive too, I wish all my healthcare services had this level of quality in their technical execution.

My experience with Done thus far has been pleasant. I’m surprised about how easy the process was for me to get scheduled, speak to a professional, and get started on my medication. It’s so much easier than having to go to the doctors office and wait to see someone and the prescription was sent over electronically (I presume). I appreciate the ease and innovation here.

What can I say, I have procrastinated actually getting treatment for my long diagnosed ADHD. Because, well... if you're here, you know! These guys are great, super efficient, my practitioner is empathetic and understanding. They are easy to reach and customer service focused. Big fan!

The year 2020 was a strange one for many people and it affected everyone differently. For me it created more time at home then I was used to for more reasons than just the pandemic. I am also a new father to a now 2 year old and with that I'm a full-time dad who works part-time at another job over 3 nights a week. It wasn't until I was responsible for another person that I realized I was having trouble keeping things straight. My focus and attention bro detail had pretty much been dissolved to nothing. I looked into getting set up with a doctor's appointment to be seen and potentially diagnosed. At the time I was almost 2 months out for being able to be seen from a PCP. I did a little more research and found the company DONE... Without trying to sound too overly dramatic It has been a life-changing experience. The night I found out about the website and services I set up a appointment for the following afternoon. During the initial call with the doctor I was diagnosed prescribed medication for treatment. I was able to pick up the prescription the next day at the pharmacy down the road. Over the last several months I have been working closely with the doctor to get everything fine tuned and can say that I'm in a better place now than I ever have been. THANK YOU DONE!!!
