Done makes treatment for ADHD really simple and convenient. Going for an in person appointment every month is difficult with my hectic schedule so being able to coordinate online is a huge help. I’ve been able to get back on medication, make adjustments to dial in the type and dose, and get refills conveniently and easily. Highly recommend.

I have been using Done for two months now. I heard a lot of reviews speaking of uneasiness renewing the first prescription. My first renewal got approved on the day my previous one expired, so I can say that it is tight. That tightness in the timeline is a bit nerve-wracking. But I am happy with my Psychiatrist, and it's been overall a great experience compared to going onsite. My provider listens to what I have to say and brings up recommendations. I paid the yearly subscription because this service is one of the most critical parts of my life. And so far, it's been excellent. But you have to embrace the "asynchronous" nature of the service. Provide a couple of days minimum for providers to respond and stay on track of your prescription renewal.

On top, there is a routine check in and support system as needed. No more long waits in Waiting rooms or rescheduled appointments. Done is the real deal and the next big thing for healthcare.

I think Donefirst.com is wonderful! It is simple to use. they are very thorough in guiding you to what medications you need. They assign you a personal care person that you can ask questions and guide you through the process. Prescriptions are sent directly to my pharmacy and i can message 24-7 with any issues.
