I really appreciate this company, they were able to get me seen sooner than someone in person. Their communication is very good! My only complaint is they seem to go through providers quickly. Other than that, pretty top notch

Since my last review in June 2022, I was able to resolve my issue with support and I’ve been able to fill my script without issue up until this month. I submitted my script renewal on Sunday, 2/12 and after 8 business days, my pharmacy still hasn’t received this month’s script. I’ve reached out to Done customer support on 4 different occasions and I haven’t received a response. At this point, I’m concerned because I am out of medication and my pharmacy is closed on the weekends. I really wish someone would just answer me. I understand that after a holiday weekend, there may be some delays with responding to inquiries however, I submitted my request well before the weekend. Someone should have responded by now. Update: After I submitted my review, Alfa from Done reached out to me and assisted with getting my script sent to my pharmacy. They also comped my membership for the following month for the inconvenience. I am very satisfied with this resolution.

It's great to have access to a provider who is easy to talk to, unbiased, and truly caring about your well-being. I wish it was easier to make appointments or find a pharmacy to get scripts filled, but I understand that it's the nature of the beast.

I’m very pleased with how Done does things. The only thing I think could use some work is the chat tab with your doctor. I’m not always able to respond to her when she sends a message and have to send a separate message, which gets confusing. It’s not all the time, but that’s my only problem! I love the company otherwise!

Expensive but a good alternative if you lack insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover it. I think it’s dumb you have to pay monthly even if you’re only getting a refill / meeting with a provider once every 3 months or so. Also, I guess it depends on your provider, but I don’t recommend this service for people just seeking stimulants. But useful for people with actual concerns surrounding adhd.

It's an internet medical provider. Given that and keeping expectations in check it works well enough for my needs.

I've used Done for a few months and not too much to complain about. I was struggling with ADHD and they were able to schedule with me. Helped me get a diagnosis and prescription. The only issue I have is the prescription is name brand and the pharmacy struggles with that and is expensive. Also i have to pay a monthly fee to keep my prescription. Other than that they have been extremely helpful.

UPDATE: Since writing this review, Done has indeed settled all the issues I ended up having, and everything has been just fine since. I, like many others here, am at my wits end. This is like the second month of my membership with this company, and I have had all of the same issues as everyone else has had. No one is there to help with medication issues, and there is no customer service to contact for help. I've sent several messages through their system, and have heard nothing and it's been more than 2 days. I don't know how they charge so much money for the service, yet don't follow through with their claims of attention to your issues. If Done. sees this, and tells me to schedule an appointment with their busted scheduling link, I may lose it.
