Very easy streamlined process, once you have appointment scheduled. Do your best to schedule ahead of time because they might be booked 4-6 weeks. Also, very responsive for any support questions. 10/10 recommend.

It is wonderful to have an easy (and digital) option to discuss my current focus issues. Not only did my therapist assist and identify problems, they helped me understand why I was reacting in certain ways. I was prescribed medication and worked with my contact to adjust accordingly.

I have had a great experience with Done. My provider is kind, caring, and helpful. Out first visit ran way over time but she did not rush me or even mention it, which I truly appreciated. I have had a few follow ups and each has been helpful. My provider is extremely responsive and has helped me find the right medication and dosage.

I've only been with Done for 3 months but so far, so great! I had moved to a different state and spent over a year trying to continue my old prescription with a new provider (despite having been formally diagnosed as well as receiving the same low-dose Rx for over a decade). The provider had required me to switch to a different medication and "prove" to them that it did not work before they would agree to my longstanding Rx. I saw an ad for Done on Instagram and was very skeptical but decided to look into it out of frustration. When filling out the initial survey, it became evident that this was not some sketchy drug website after all. They clearly do everything possible to weed out fraudulent attempts. My first appointment was delayed about a week after having to be rescheduled due to provider availability. However, this was the one and only issue I've experienced thus far. The Done provider I met with was knowledgeable, kind, and her approach was very holistic. In addition to evaluating my medication needs, she dug deeper to understand co-morbid conditions, providing therapeutic (i.e., non-medication) recommendations which I really appreciated. Far too many are pill-pushers and she was quite the opposite. Further, she was shocked at what my local provider had done as there was no valid (or legal) justification for his requirements and his actions had detrimental effects. My prescription was available same-day and requesting a refill online was a breeze (you can also set it to automatically refill). The site is very user-friendly and my refill was available within the stated three-day time-frame. Highly recommend!

Done has been a serious life changer for me. As a nursing student that is working full-time in the hospital, it has become increasingly difficult to fit doctor's appointments into my schedule. With Done, everything was so simple and flexible. I could find a time slot to meet with a provider, without all of the normal hassles of scheduling face-to-face appointments in doctor's offices. I was able to get the care I need in the comfort of my own home. The provider was understanding and easy to talk to. I have recommended Done to several friends, and I will continue to do so!

I was really trying to find the best way to deal with my ADHD symptoms. I tried natural methods, such as working out, reading and using natural supplements to deal with my condition, but nothing really helped. I heard about Done via social media and honestly it has been the best decision of my life. I took medication when I was a child but it became too expensive. I am happy that Done is affordable and my medication is also affordable. My therapist is there when I need him (of course you have to schedule your appointment first) but he is always happy to answer all of my questions. I have received all my medication on time and my therapist always follows up with me after our appointment.
