I am SO grateful that I found DONE! It’s been a great experience and so, so, convenient. After I had my initial assessment, I was given medications that were sent to my pharmacy right away. Booking follow up appointments and contacting the support team has been a breeze. Requesting fills is as easy as clicking a button. I’m very pleased with them.

I’m having an incredible experience thus far. It was very easy to get an appointment and connect with my provider virtually. My provider listened to all my concerns and answered my questions, which helped me understand my treatment plan for ADHD. The customer support email is also very responsive especially when I needed to schedule a follow up appointment with my provider. My prescriptions are sent to my pharmacy and I’m informed when they are ready for pick up. Done has not missed a step and made it so easy for me to get the treatment I need.

My experience has been a breeze so far! My provider and I were able to quickly get things sorted out, I was taken seriously and was able to get what I needed in a timely manner. Much more convenient for a person with ADD than going to a bunch of appointments across town. My RX is always sent to my pharmacy ahead of time so it’s ready to pick up when I need it, which had been a huge problem with my last “in-person” doctor!

I had been nervous to even start the diagnosis process as I was in my late 30s and worried I wouldn't be taken seriously. It's an insanely time consuming and expensive process in my area for in person treatments (even WITH my insurance). I was able to easily make an appointment for later in the evening a couple days later,, which was perfect for my households crazy scheduling. I have not had any issues with delayed communication mentioned by others (they do ask to allow up to 72 hours for responses I believe and provide additional resources for immediate needs). I asked to have my medication reevaluated and my provider did so in a timely manner. There was a small issue getting the new prescription sent to my pharmacy but it was resolved within a couple days. I never ran out of my medicine during this time. If it weren't for the services provided by DONE. I would still be struggling with my symptoms.

Done first was not only the best healthcare experience I had but by far I spoke to such an empathetic and candid provider. She took her time to speak to me while not undermining or questioning my experiences of ADHD. They’re so kind and friendly amongst the care team and they’re always doing their best to meet my needs. A lot of people mentioned that the change in script would not be honored until next month but you also have to keep in mind if you are on a controlled substance you can’t just be stockpiling it. With your old scripts and then going on to the new. Also you have to keep in mind the way your body metabolizes the drugs your on, it could very much be dangerous for you to swap and instantly be taking something else. Overall, I’m absolutely satisfied with my service and although I do wish they honored my change in doses within the same period, it’s worth the wait if overall I can see how much of a benefit it has done for my mental health!

My daughter introduced me to DONE so I thought I would give it a try and. what an amazing experience. The Doc is professional, asked questions, and was very thorough regarding my condition and possible help with the correct medication. After receiving the meds, there was a follow up and overall was just a great experience. Highly recommend this service

I've been using Done for the last 7 months. I am 37 and had been diagnosed late in life, let's just say I have a hard time even setting appointments for anything all my life, so much so I largely avoided all of these things successfully. My own insurance set me up with a Dr. but with Covid in full swing that appointment would have been months out. With some research I found this company online and figured the cost was equal to the benefit it gave me, I can be in my own home and talk to someone and the appointment was only a week out. Obviously overthought the interview before it even happened and after actually getting to my appointment I felt much better talking to someone that understood what I was going through and set me up with my prescriptions right away to try dosages. There was only one small hiccup on month 3 in which a refill of the prescription didn't go through on time but now they have an autofill that has been working flawlessly. I recommend this company for anyone looking for help with their ADD or ADHD.

Done. was extremely helpful, educational and responsive to my needs. I knew I had focus and concentration issues, didn't know why, but I needed to get help with this "embarrassment". My provider knew right away what my issue was based on symptoms and prescribed medication to help right away. Night and day difference once I got the prescription with the appropriate dosage. We adjusted after the first month and I feel like a new person. Thank you! I wish I would have Done this sooner is my only regret.
