I was initially so nervous to see a provider online for an ADHD assessment, however I have been struggling my whole life and really needed help. I always fit the characteristics of ADHD, but I have never been able to afford psychiatric care, so I was never diagnosed. Done has made this a possibility for me due to their affordable appointments without insurance and unlimited care with their membership. My first appointment went so well, I felt like I was listened to and validated. My provider made a personalized treatment plan and explained everything I needed to know before the appointment was over, plus my prescription was ready the same day! I’m also able to start a consultation anytime if I’m having issues or need an adjustment, it couldn’t be easier. My diagnosis and treatment has drastically improved my life. If you’re considering ADHD assessment, look no further.

Very Helpful, the team understands how to really help their patients

I’ve been with Done for about eight months now, and my experience has been very positive overall. There was a snafu or two at the beginning, but they were addressed by the Care Team immediately and there were never any treatment interruptions for me. Speaking of the Care Team, they’ve always been responsive for me personally, and on the few occasions I’ve contacted them, I usually heard from them within the same day (often within a couple hours). I’ve gotten my refills on time each month (of note, I request them manually and don’t use the automated service, so I can’t speak to that), and my prescriptions have always been correct. My work and personal life have improved immensely since my ADD has been managed appropriately, and I genuinely feel lucky to have access to this service! As someone who lives in a more rural area, getting in with a psychiatrist would take many months even in pre-pandemic times, so the option to access care from my phone and laptop is very appreciated.

My provider is always very understanding and easy to talk to, organized, and able to help me out with any issues I’m having. I also have had great experiences with Done’s customer service and scheduling teams, weather it be account issues, scheduling difficulties, or general questions, the teams have been prompt and helpful in addressing my questions and concerns. This service is truly one of the best things that I have done for myself in the past year and I recommend it to anyone looking for this type of treatment.

I moved to a new state and have not had luck setting up an appointment with a new therapist in my area. I was very relieved to sign up for Done, meet with a provider right away, and get the medications I need to help me function. My experience with Done has been like no other patient-doctor experience I’ve ever had. My personal physician, who’ve I’ve been with since joining, is always available for consultations. Even at a moments notice. Her and her staff continue to show support in many way, not only been helping me with my medications for ADHD, but by trying to treat me as a whole person. I would recommend Done to anyone who has ADHD and would rather utilize telemedicine and an online platform than wait in a doctors office to see a nurse that doesn’t know you. I will continue to use Done’s services for as long as I can! I was very impressed with how streamlined and easy the process was. They have a great administrative staff to answer any questions and provide support alone the way. Easy to navigate website. The licensed therapists are all very credentialed and genuinely care for your well being. You can meet with them via mobile device or laptop. Once the proper medication is prescribed, they call in the prescription and even advise on best ways to save in regards to paying (GoodRx, etc). Overall, highly recommended.
