My experience has overwhelmingly been positive. My initial meeting with my practitioner was productive and efficient (something I'm not used to when it comes to healthcare). I felt heard and understood during my meeting. When prescribed medication, I was educated on what was being prescribed and potential side effects, so I felt prepared. Fortunately, I have not needed any adjustment in medication or anything like that, but I have been able to easily schedule follow up appointments regardless. For me, it has been a great experience and has really set me on the right path to care properly for my health.

Online evaluation and experience with the provider is very user friendly. I have been able to get my questions answered and have adjustments made to my treatment plan. The online format really works well for my schedule.

Done and my therapist provided excellent and efficient care for my treatment needs. They have versatile contact options which is great for my busy schedule, and respond promptly for any follow up appointments or questions. I had seen ads for Done for a while and I'm only sad I didn't start with them sooner!

I’m horrified by the reviews I have just read but I can only speak for myself so I will. I’ve been using them for 3 months. Any time I have an issue I email them and the solution is always solved with in 48 hours. My physician has been excellent. So far it’s 5 stars for me.

In my experience a great innovation to the whole doctor/patient experience, the same care you expect without leaving your house.

I'm incredibly grateful for Done's services after struggling for YEARS with ADHD. It was impossible for me to feel like I was able to talk about it or get assessed because my issues would always get dismissed, but my time using Done thus far has been nothing short of supportive, validating, and helpful. Their team is communicative and efficient and I'm so appreciative that they exist!

I see a few poor reviews on here, and I have to say I don't understand why. Done has been AMAZING for me! I think I've struggled for years with undiagnosed ADHD and now that I've found Done, I am so relieved. It has been a game changer and life saver! My clinician was amazing and really listened to my concerns to make sure the right treatment plan was established. I would 100% recommend Done to anyone struggling with ADHD.

I have struggled my entire life with maintaining focus and staying engaged in conversations, lectures, meetings, projects, etc., constantly getting distracted with my own thoughts and bouncing between tasks/projects. Four months ago a friend recommended that I talk with someone and I was a bit embarrassed to go see anyone. I heard about Done and after my first appointment I felt like there was finally an explanation for my inability to get anything completed or for why I always have to ask people to repeat themselves due to me not paying attention to what they said. My experience thus far has been great and feel like this has changed my life.
