I am a busy mom of three. I am a full time nurse and a full time student I do not have time to go to a office to renew my prescription. Done has made it possible for me to get the help I need. For renewals you log on and hit a button and the script is sent immediately to the pharmacy. I meet every few month with a NP. I have nothing bad to say about the company.

I have had a wonderful experience with Done for the last four months. Scheduling has been quick and easy , especially when needing to make a change and rescheduling. The process and online dashboard make it easy to communicate with my provider and have refills automatically requested and sent to my pharmacy. Appointments with my provider have been friendly and she is knowledgeable and open to all of my questions. Have recommended to family and friends!

Been using them since the pandemic started and couldn’t be happier. My provider Yina Cruz is excellent in both appointments and answering any questions I have throughout the month with almost immediate reply’s. And the support staff has been excellent with sending prescriptions in on time.

Very straightforward process - some hiccups finding a pharmacy that takes telehealth prescriptions, which I only figured out after a couple weeks of giving Done info on pharmacies in my area, but other than that - refills and follow ups have been seamless and I’m thankful for this service and how much it’s helped me.

My initial consultation with provider, Elana the nurse practitioner went extremely well. She listened to all of my questions and concerns, she was very thorough explaining different options and eased my anxiety about starting medication. She follows up via email to check on me regularly asking if I am experiencing any side effects, making sure I check my blood pressure regularly and to ask if I have questions or concerns. I have avoided medications for ADHD pretty much my entire adulthood and now wish I would have started sooner. Highly recommend DONE if you’re exploring your options for treating ADHD.

Easy to make appointments with the provider. She is receptive, listens, and is always extremely helpful. Refills done in a timely manner. Extremely convenient way to receive mental health care in the privacy of your home.
