They must be paying for reviews or something because this service is horrendous. They will not listen to you and set appointment times to call whole they call two hours later and if you miss the call by one minute they will make you schedule a new call and ignore you. Just go to a local doctor! Now they lie about trying to reach out... WOW! I am still waiting for support to contact me over my issues weeks later. You cant even message people on here like that liars. Now they are commenting again making up emails they have never came, I am done responding to these guys. Please dont let them waste your time.

Edit: I was coerced into making this review in order to get a month free (never happened). On top of that, all pharmacies stopped working with Done because of their business practices . Don’t waste your time or money, if this company even exists still. My experience so far with done has been amazing. My provider has not only helped me manage my struggles with adhd, but she has also helped to address my anxiety issues as well. I feel that I am able to talk to Kelly very openly about anything that I’m feeling, which is a huge relief.

Doctor never showed up for my consultation.

They didn’t do anything for me. At least they gave me a refund. They do give the impression that $200 will get you a prescription for a controlled substance. It’s doubtful. You could find other similar consultations for way less. And what they did for me, I could get any rock in my driveway to do the same thing. They did NOT contact me to address my concerns. There was no treatment plan. There was no recommendation. There was a promise to call in a prescription. Then after a day of jerking me around, just saying that they could not help me. Now, tell me how that addressed my concerns? They did nothing of the sort. They did not tell me why they did not help me. Their response to my review is rubbish. It’s a flat out lie. Also, I continued to reach out with my concerns on multiple occasions, and they ignored me. I begged them for help, and they continued to ignore me.

Horrible experience today. As if it’s not hard enough to find a provider who’s knowledgeable and cares, I thought my process would go a lot smoother. I was tested and diagnosed years ago but have been unmedicated due to losing insurance and than moving towns. I was so happy to find done and thought I could get my life back. Yeah I was wrong. She made me feel invalidated and told me I didn’t have adhd after 10 minutes of talking. She diagnosed me with depression and I am not depressed. It was humiliating. I had mentioned a previous med I had tried before but became suicidal and later in the appt asked if I wanted to try it again.. really??? She said it would help with my adhd symptoms even though she doesn’t think I have adhd. At one point I started crying because this whole process of finding someone to prescribe me a previous med I know works for me has been so frustrating and she was laughing. I got off the phone feeling so embarrassed and crazy. I was so hopeful too and that was a lot of money to flush down the drain.

UPDATE: Done's response is generic and unsatisfactory at the very least. I have been on ADHD medication for 5+ years and I am fully aware of the laws and regulations surrounding them. I don't have insurance and have switched providers and pharmacies a few times in the past and never has it taken more than a couple of hours to get a prescription to a new pharmacy. Still no direct contact from my provider or Done about the issue. I couldn't be more disappointed and frustrated with this service after using it for about 5 months. I have had multiple issues stemming from the fact that there is no way to directly contact your doctor. I sent my doctor a message (you're only allowed to contact them 2x a month which is ridiculous in itself) about a medication adjustment and it took her 5 days to respond. She then sent in the prescription to my regular pharmacy but my medication was out of stock. I simply needed a new prescription sent to the pharmacy that has it in stock. I've sent multiple emails to "customer support"and it's been 2 days and I still have no response to why my medication hasn't been sent. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have had this issue. Not to mention the website is not at all user- friendly and is full of blank pages and error messages. This company is an absolute nightmare and if you want care in an efficient and compassionate manner I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

The process to schedule an appointment was easy and clear, but as soon as I hopped on the call with the provider things got pretty strange. The provider clearly hadn't reviewed any of the information I provided in the intake forms, and after one minute of talking, almost as soon as I made it clear I'm not interested in changing from the medication my PCP has prescribed and was just interested in verifying their informal diagnosis with an expert, the provider said I don't have ADHD, but just "early ADHD" . All she knew at that point was my age, preexisting conditions, and a 15 second overview of why I was interested in an expert opinion. When I expressed discomfort at someone giving me a diagnosis with such little information, she laughed, and said, okay, we'll talk more. At that point I hopped off the line because I felt ashamed and humiliated. Maybe other providers are better, but this felt demeaning, unprofessional, and frankly, the implication that there's something such as 'early ADHD' as though the condition worsens over time, doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Unless you're interested in their RX model, don't buy into their marketing claims that they offer support beyond that model. 2.26.2021 Update - Despite the very quick response to my review saying they would contact me directly, the company has not reached out, but did charge me the full amount. 2.28.2021 Update - I reached out to their support and they did give me a refund.

Terrible user interface. Impossible to get in touch with someone. I signed up for my initial appointment and used my FSA card as a payment method. The system initially accepted the card and allowed me to schedule an appointment; however moments later I received a message saying my appointment was cancelled because my card was declined. I tried to log back in to update my card information but the only option is to schedule an appointment, which I did, resulting in the same error. I sent an email to the support team but didn’t get a response. The only help option is this really bad AI chatbot that offers 0 use. Might be a good company, but I’ll never know...
