My experience is great because of the results. I have never felt this good mentally in the 52 years I have been alive My mind is clam and peaceful. Being able to do this at home may be the reason I was able to ask for help. It is not always easy for me to talk about how my mind feels. But it feels great now so Thank You so much!

Amazing customer service
Good listening. Simple instructions. Website could be better but it’s so simple that it almost does not matter that there are broken links. Not a lot of behavioral coping mechanisms. But extremely efficient service. 5 stars because I had two issues and was shocked at how quickly the customer service and medical staff resolved them.

This was an absolutely perfect…
This was an absolutely perfect experience, and I want to give special thanks to the Done staff, Nick Wu and Haven Dai. Because my English is not good, they helped me with scheduling appointments, translating, and obtaining my medication during the medical process. Now I feel like I'm truly overcoming the suffering caused by ADHD and enjoying a completely different life than before. Done is definitely a responsible company because it has an excellent team.
