Great service with provider. Responsive to refill request. No issues at pharmacy. Overall solid experience and took prescribing seriously. Pricing is more than just getting from doctor but convenient

I just want to start out by saying I am a nurse. With ADHD. I've lived my entire life with it and struggled through everything I did. I heard about Done and figured it wouldn't hurt getting an assessment. My first appointment went great and my provider was nothing short of amazing. I get my prescriptions monthly at the correct time, even through this shortage. I am responded to within 3 business days with any concerns. I just had my 6 month follow up appointment and adjusted medications appropriately. I was even able to wean off my antidepressant with this new treatment plan and my life has changed for the better. Improvement is definitely needed with the interface though dramatically. I am an informatics nurse to be exact and the platform could be improved in many ways, especially the scheduling system and customer service. There is no reason someone should get a voicemail when trying to call support about an appointment that's supposed to be happening at that moment (provider was having technically difficulties and the link provided through text was wrong). Luckily I signed onto my platform and found a zoom link that worked. But people without my experience might not know this. I do understand the frustration of the other reviewers because things could definitely improve. Luckily my personal experience with Done has been great with some small bumps along the road. I do wish the monthly fee was cheaper. I pay $15 monthly for my PCP online and pay $39 when I actually need an appointment. Paying $70+ for a platform I don't need to use monthly at all shouldn't be a thing. Please feel free to reach out to me personally with any questions!

Edit: 3/7 I'm bumping up my review from a 1 to a 4 star. Since my review support scheduled me an appt next week and reached out to let me know they'll have a coverage provider send in a bridge prescription so I'm not going without my medication before the appt next week. This is the type of support I know from done and I am so happy to see they are still taking care of their clients. I've been with done for over a year and have referred others and talked so highly of them, until now. They would not renew my prescription and said I needed to make an appointment with my provider, which is perfectly understandable, though I feel they should let you know before you're running out and then tell you that. They also take 3 days to respond to any message. Now the real problem. The provider has ZERO availability. None. At all. This has also happened to my gf who signed up about a month and a half ago. Got an appt within a couple days, took her money, got her signed up and said follow up at the end of the month. Now she can't get an appointment and done only response is we'll put you on a wait list. She's now been waiting 2 weeks past when her she should have had a follow up appointment with no help. They seem to have gone down hill as a company. They'll quickly take your huge consult fee but then leave you out to dry once your a patient.

Overall customer service, care and follow-up was extremely helpful. The frequent reminders are helpful for someone with ADD. The site is a tad clunky when trying to maintain a conversation with the provider. Will recommend to friends

At minimum they should have everyone as efficient, kind and understanding as Alfa! She took care of my issues and hopefully it gets better from now on. I really appreciate your service.

Quick and easy when it the clinician doesn’t cancel. That was my very first experience, from that point on once I was rescheduled everything has been great! Definitely recommend!

Good experience. Bit of a hassle getting the prescription and have to follow up but they were able to quickly help me get a diagnosis and start trying to find a good balance.
