It's clear that they're making improvements to the their product, but they fall short on some things still. I've changed providers too many times (although I understand at some level it's unavoidable). Communication with provider is more difficult than it seems like it should be and I couldn't ever get quick answers to questions. Conversations with providers during appointments are often too brief. Overall it's a product that's easy to use and it's been a good enough experience, but it could be a lot better.

You get your meds, but not much more.
First of all, the service is expensive. The user-interface can't tell you things like when you'll be charged, and they also changed that date without notification last month.
On top of that, I had to go a month without my medication because I forgot to schedule an appointment before I ran out. That one's my fault. In the meantime, I had submitted a refill request, but only one of my two medications went through. Eventually, the day of my appointment finally arrived, and my NP rescheduled the appointment for another month out. I submitted a consultation request and got back a long-winded message full of excuses with no punctuation. She got around to refilling both of my meds at that point, but I still had to go another month before an appointment. On the day of that time, it was rescheduled AGAIN with a different NP and another week out.
I just finished with that appointment. It was short, he didn't ask anything about me, just whether I thought my medication was working as usual. I said maybe ten words and it was over in five minutes.
My initial consultation with my first NP didn't feel very professional and left me questioning the validity of this service. After the last few months, I'm extremely skeptical. The only reason I'm sticking with it, for now, is because I travel throughout my state frequently and can't work a typical psychiatrist into my schedule.

I had previously wrote a review that I…
I had previously wrote a review that I think it’s fair to revise. First thing to understand is this is a small new company. They don’t have a lot of man power yet. There have been several issues I’ve had with them for those reasons. In a year or so I’m sure they will be better equipped and learned how to navigate these issues. It’s not awesome yet but I think with time that will be the case. Make sure that it’s been verified when your prescribed medication. That the pharmacy has it on hand which a lot don’t. And also that There excepting new patients for the drug. Make sure also that your provider has the authority to write the prescription you need. That was a issue I had on one occasion. I run my own business so the concept is convenient and easy. Just understand it may not do as smoothly as you expect. But again it wouldn’t make any sense for them not to improve because they obviously want to be successful.
