Spent almost 200 dollars because I moved and was desperate to get back the scrip I've had my whole life and cannot function without. This year I severely hurt my back on a hiking trip, they put me on a pain med to use when I needed. Doctor assumed I was an addict and tried to say I was tricking her. She saw proof that I had been on this medication my whole life and would only offer me something that won't work. Basically told me to go try to find a solution on some sketchy website or the street.SCAM SCAM SCAM..ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE. They are unwilling to help at all

Not inclusive of non-cis gender identities, had issues every month trying to get refills on time, not worth the cost for this service at all, and have so much regret for the money spent on this joke. Go with a local psych or a service that accepts insurance or has better customer service, because anything is better than Done. Needless to say, I'm done with Done. Edited to give one star instead of two, which I really only gave because the actual appointment I had was great, but went back to one star because everything else was frustrating and not good. Edited for update #2: I was contacted by their customer care after posting this review, and again was disappointed in their lack of gender inclusive language, was offered a refund for my service, and then they asked me to take my review down. They did absolutely nothing to address my concerns about gender inclusivity, and tried to bribe me into taking down my review/writing a better review with a refund. Let's also not forget this is LGBTQIA+ pride month. So leaving this at 1 star and as a warning to anyone that isn't Cisgender/hetero that they are not an inclusive company, and their excuses and support are hollow.

My experience started out fantastic. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, I shelled out the money, and the first consult. My doctor was understanding and made me feel heard about the impact ADHD was having on my life for the first time ever. I picked up my prescription the next day and I thought it was going to be smooth sailing. I was SO wrong. Ever since the first appointment, it has been issue after issue, the care team LITERALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of your doctor. First, the wrong treatment plan was uploaded into my portal and it took me about a week of constantly sending emails and harassing the company to get it fixed. After that nightmare was over, it's been impossible to get refills. They keep sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and I cannot get anyone to help me. I've sent probably 15 emails and scheduled calls with the care team, but they're being flat out rude at this point when I ask for help and essentially telling me there's nothing they can do. I'm still being charged the monthly fee, but I've been without my treatment for half the time. It's honestly devastating as it's taken me years to finally ask for help with my ADHD and once I decided to seek treatment, it's been a disaster. It does seem from other reviews and my experiences with them that they're a new-ish company, but at this point they seem negligent and being "new" isn't an excuse for negligence and utter disregard for your patients. Especially when you're supposed to be providing medical treatment. If I was able to contact my doctor whatsoever and/or the care team was actually responsive, it wouldn't be so horrible. Alas, I cannot and this service has done nothing but cause more stress.

I had terrible side-effects from my medication, reached out to the provider—never heard back. Scheduled an appointment—the earliest was available in two weeks. No big deal, I thought, I can survive 2 weeks without my medication. Today I've waited for my appointment for 30 minutes, the provider would briefly appear online and immediately disappear—it looked like he was waiting for me to give up. No message, no apologies, no follow-up—absolute dead silence from the company. If it's not malice, then it's a level of incompetence that's almost worse than malice.

So. I did the initial consult ($200, plus an additional $25 fee for...I don't know, stuff?) But my consultant was nice. She sent the script to my pharmacy, picked it up the next day, and...3 pills. Three days worth. I was thinking, ok, maybe because it's a controlled substance, they want to be cautious, and make sure people aren't just signing up online to abuse this medication...and I'll get the rest of the month's worth after. Nope. Managed to get a live person on chat, who said they'd pass along my concerns to my provider. I am starting to doubt how true that was. I've gotten nothing, but a message saying "there was a problem with your insurance, and are reviewing it still." I picked up my medication April 7th. My 3 days worth. It is now May 21st. And nothing. This is a load of crap. Make me feel like you're invested in my treatment, then leave me hanging? Somebody's gonna hit them with a class action lawsuit one of these days. This is unacceptable. I just want to feel better. Telemedicine has been a boon during covid- my birth control provider, online, sends my meds reliably, every month, no issue. I don't see why Done. cant, even if I DO have to pick it up at the pharmacy. Explore other options, folks. Don't waste your time and money, like I did. Edit- so, Done sent a response. If my insurance covered it the first time, why wouldn't it now? My insurance hasn't changed.

My appointment was changed twice but it was fine, the worst thing was my provider was late for 5 min and the whole appointment only lasted for 5 min... She seemed to not care about what I said at all when I tried to explain my situation. She told me I should be able to pick up the medicine by that night but it's just another wait through the weekend. It's good that Done. did ask me about rescheduling due to my unpleasant experience. However, I saw some reviews on Trustpilot saying that it may take you even more time to wait for next appointment so I thought it's fine as long as I received the medicine ASAP because my symptoms are unstable lately. But guess what? Due to the carelessness of my provider, I barely can tell if the medicine is effective, I only was told by my brother that I became more easily to get anxious and emotional... I sent a message to inform my provider about my situation but I waited for almost 2 weeks to receive her feedback. When she finally replied me, I requested a refill of new prescription but I can't believe that Done. wanted me to wait until next refill time after I received zero improvement from the current medicine for almost a month (I ended up stopping taking the medicine and drinking coffee...). Done. ended up giving me the refill with no extra fee. They also told me that they would ask if I could receive a refund but they did not refund me anything... I picked up the new prescription but I honestly started to doubt the whole thing and still didn't take any of it because I'm kinda worried about what effect I may receive since my provider did not tell me any additional information. The medicine now just sitting idle there and just another waste of money... I like the concept of Done. but I feel like the whole thing is a waste of money and time. The reason I tried Done. is because the process is streamlined and I wanted to save time, however, I wasted both of my time and money and it's really a disappointing experience.

I answered a short questionnaire for free, was told I met the criteria for an evaluation, THEN paid $200, and then was told in my exam that they definitely could not diagnose me based solely on one of my answers in the questionnaire. Felt like a scam and regret giving them my money.

Things started out great: I paid the $200 and schedule an initial appointment and met with a provider who was very compassionate and helpful. In my appointment, I felt listened to and they explained my treatment options and plan. 20 minutes after my appointment, I received a "nice meeting you, Rx sent pharmacy" message in their patient portal, "great". Later that day I called the pharmacy to see if I could pick up my Rx and was told that they received my Rx, but they didn't get any of my contact or patient information from Done, and that the pharmacist would need to get an authorization. I go to the pharmacy later, confused because I don't have insurance so I'm unsure why I need to get the Rx authorized. The pharmacy explained that the provider didn't send over any information with the Rx and that the pharmacist would have to speak to my provider before filling it because it is a scheduled medication and that they would call me back the following day after they spoke with them. OK, this seems completely reasonable- I've never had this type of prescription before and did not realize this was part of the procedure. The FOLLOWING morning, I get a call from the pharmacist who said that she called the provider and they refused to give her the location of provider, or let her speak with him. What the heck? The pharmacist explained that they have no relationship with Done and won't fill a telehealth Rx without talking to the doctor, and I would need to get filled somewhere else. Done lead me to believe that they had a relationship with this pharmacy so I'm shocked to hear that they are refusing to speak with the pharmacist- this seems like fairly standard due diligence. I messaged Done about the pharmacy communication issue and burned one of my two questions that I'm "allocated" for the month. I'm also concerned by that because I was led to believe that I would have reasonable access to my Dr. about my treatment not metered follow up questions that I'd have to use on logistical issues. They have a useless chat bot that they try to pass of as a care team. I haven't gotten a response from my provider or the bot. I also can't change my pharmacy info in my profile. If I try to schedule an appointment with the provider the earliest I can get is 3 weeks out. Things started out great, but now I feel like I've been bait and switched by some sketchy, online would-be drug dealer. I'm really bothered that they won't talk to the pharmacy and won't respond to my questions are limiting my questions. I enrolled to use Done because I am seeking treatment. I had huge anxiety about even making the appointment, and now I feel like a joke. If I get any sort of response, I'll update. In the meantime, I think I'm out a ton of time, money and dignity.
