Done will take your money, but not treat you with respect
Well recently posted a review on here knowing it would catch the attention of Done, explaining how my doctor hasn't sent in my prescription when it's been due for almost a week now and how I have a lot going on and can't afford their mistakes (which seem to happen almost every month) and they got back to me and said they will get my doctor to send in the prescription immediately and asked me to delete my negative review, but I told them I would after he sends in my medication. Well it's been over 24 hours since, and I have not received my medication nor have I been updated today. They were sure quick to charge me for this month once I updated my payment info but they aren't quick to do the one thing I pay them for which is TREATING ME FOR MY ADHD!

Done Screwed Me Over - AVOID AT ALL COST
Done has done nothing but frustrate me - no answers to emails, no refills on Rxs, etc.
Run, do not walk, away from this organization as they will steal your money and will not issue any refund whatsoever.

I am soooo done with Done!!!
I was hoping I would be the 1 out of 5 that would have no issues, but I was wrong. I took a gamble and lost. This is the WORST! service you will ever come by. Signed up for $200. Made my first appointment for the next day. Provider was fine (at first). Next, the prescription. Was told it would be called into my pharmacy the next morning (I had a late first appointment). You wanna take a guess to what happen? DING DING DING! You're right! Nothing called in! Sent a message to my provider, no response. Used the online chat, robot response. Sent a email, cut and paste response saying it will take 24-48 hours for your first prescription to be called in. Waited 2 days, no prescription called in. Sent another email, got the same response as before but was told now up to 72 hours.
Then I found a number. Wait, what? I can actually speak to somebody now? Yes! A live customer service rep. (here's that number by the way 855-249-3663 press 3) This is great! They can help me for sure. And they did! The next day my prescription was called it. Note: they couldn't reach my provider so they had another provider call it in for me. Fine with me as long as it's there, sitting at my pharmacy waiting to be picked up.
Went to pick it up. Got it! Oh happy day! Wait, what? This is NOT the prescription that's on my treatment plan. Called again, heard, oh.. we're sorry... we will get that fixed right away. 3 days pass. Got a email, your prescription has been called in (again, not by my provider) Called the pharmacy, prescription is there. Guess what? Wrong prescription again. By this time, it's been over 2 weeks waiting for my correct prescription. Called again, same response, same thing. Only this time even longer of a wait. Now it's almost a month and my wonderful monthly fee of $80 is due. No thank you! I already paid $200 and now you want more money ($80) for absolutely nothing! Good bye!
Trust me, go ahead and take a gamble if you want. You will be right back on here telling everybody about all the problems you had. And all the positive reviews you may read on here, FAKE! They even “read” like a script. Don't trust it! Stay away! Stay far far away!!!

No support.
I have had Done for around 3 months. At first it was okay. My PMHNP was helpful. There were a number of technical issues and delays in getting my first prescription, but John was always in communication with me and issues were all resolved rather quickly. Overall I was satisfied with the service. This month has been different. My prescription ran out on the 16th of Aug, so on the 14th I placed a prescription renewal request. I received a text confirmation that my request had been received and on the 17th I got a text message informing me that my prescription request was accepted and my new script had been sent to my pharmacy. After checking my pharmacy multiple times over the next few days and being told that there was no prescription sent, I reached out via their support portal and left a message on August 21. I received an email confirming that they received my message and would get back to me within 24-72 hours. Since then I have left 2 more messages for support and it is now 5:45 pm on August 27th. I have been without my prescription for 10 days now and have received no explanation and have no idea if my issue will be resolved. Of course, they didn’t have a problem charging me my monthly subscription fee in the middle of all this… which is to be expected but its extremely frustrating being charged 80 dollars for a service that I am not actually receiving…
UPDATE 09/02 : had a scheduled phone call with a specialist yesterday. Said she would get in contact with my provider and pharmacy to see what is going on and would call me back. Called me a couple hours later but she did not leave a message so im not sure what happened with that. Unable to call the number back. At this point I am giving up. I shouldn’t have to wait two weeks to get a simple answer as to why my prescription isn’t refilled. Going to cancel as well as attempt dispute my charge for the month since I have not received any services.

Prepare to be gaslighted and your…
Prepare to be gaslighted and your questions ignored. Seriously, a nightmare of an experience. At first, everything was fine. Got scheduled with a psychiatrist pretty quickly. She diagnosed and prescribed medication. She wanted to start me on Wellbutrin, and then said that after 2 weeks, would start me on adderoll. I was hesitant to start the Wellbutrin, but did. They decided my pharmacy, and for some reason, that pharmacy was having trouble with my insurance. I tried to contact someone on Done about how to change my pharmacy. Crickets. I contacted the psychiatrist, as she gave me her email...I asked a couple questions as well and it was as if a bot was responding back as my questions were ignored. I asked both Done and this "professional" at least EIGHT different times how to change my pharmacy. Someone with ADHD, the way they ignore questions, it feels like they are trying to hurt you. It feels like you're being punk'd.
But here comes where it really went sideways. This psychiatrist prescribed me Wellbutrin. Eight days in, it was terrible. My ADHD was times 10 (worse than ever) and my brain was foggy...I felt like I had Alzheimer's. I also had headaches and immense anger. I contacted this "doctor" and told her about my symptoms. I asked if I needed to taper after only eight days of use and asked what the next steps would be. This is the response, "aloha L*** please stop wellbutrin if it’s making things worse—always stop a medication if you are having adverse effects that are not workable and this does not sound “workable”! " Well, no duh, Sherlock...what IS next then?? Doesn't that sound like a bot's response? I asked my questions again. Crickets. I contacted Done. Crickets. By this time I am so frustrated that I'm on the verge of tears and I feel mentally fragile due to the medicine. Nothing about this experience feels like you are being supported, heard, or directed. I emailed her back fighting tears of frustration and said," You know what's really frustrating is that I ask you questions...i ask donefirst questions...and I get ignored. This sucks...". Of course this prompts her to email me back. She then fully gaslights me..."Aloha L***, I am not ignoring you i am responding to you each and every time you message me [BULLSH*T]; I would advise to find an outpatient provider that can spend the hour each time with you; done is for patients that are stable and in need of ADHD meds only and I help people when I can but the platform is not meant for more than that and you deserve and need a provider that an spend more quality time with you.
I am going to advise that you f/u with an outpatient provider in your community."
None of what she said was true or answering my questions. Done claims that you will be diagnosed, medicated, and taken care of. She completely gaslights me by again ignoring my questions, telling me that this app is ONLY for people already diagnosed with ADHD and stable on their medication, and then claims that I was requesting an hour of her time. She then removes me from the care of Done like I'm a used toilet paper. If I could put all the correspondence on here of her ignoring my questions, you will question how I didn't tell her to F herself.
I did send a super angry message to Done and had them refund me my money, which I was surprised they did. This was a horrible experience. At my hour of need during the bad reactions I was having to the Wellbutrin, no one was there to support, direct, or help me. But I was wasn't asking to help me through a medical crisis or anything. I just wanted to know how to stop using the medication and what the next step would be. Just know this if you go and use their disservice. You are on your own and will be belittled, neglected, gaslight, ignored, and dumped. I really wanted to join Ahead but they had/have no available slots. I've read reviews that they are MUCH better. So, do not expect any care from Done or Terri Squires.

Endless Loop of Tired, Repeated Responses and No Change
Started out great, talked to a provider, came up with a treatment plan and and needed adjustments.
From then, They've turned over and reassigned me 3 different providers in less than 9 months, and scheduling has gone from a less than 7 day wait to over 6 weeks to speak to a provider.
Monthly appointments and refills are cancelled- or missed- or late. This has happened for 6 months in a row with emails to customer service each time. They apologize, and continue to not fix the issue.
In addition to provider appointments being delayed and refills not being completed timely- the pharmacy often cannot get in touch with the providers (as often noted by others below) and even stopped filling my prescriptions due to lack of communication with the provider on their end.
Refills not done, run out of meds, they say they are sorry and this does not live up to their high standard, yet it happens routinely almost every month.
My provider has never responded to any inquiry I've made- often leaving me with unanswered questions for weeks at a time. If they do get the inquiries, they don't respond (ex. I asked to cancel a medication I no longer needed and they kept sending to the pharmacy for months)
Summary:
So, from my experience, I just ended up in a loop with the same tired responses with no updates regarding any developments within my original concern. This has gone on for a year and I'm "Done." (Literally, and figuratively)- more than 9 months of constant battling.
Customer service is poor.
The providers are competent, once you can get them face to face.
Communication and portal negotiation is lacking.
Pharmacies do not get accurate information, and often refuse to refill your prescription.

Horrible administration, not worth membership price
Done has been a terrible experience. They randomly schedule appointments with you without even consulting you (what is this, a random drug test?) and don't give a reason why. Their prior authorization department keeps emailing me telling me my prior authorization has failed EVERY MONTH without fail, even though my insurance has told them I don't need prior authorization. I have to send them a screenshot of the previous months conversation to get them to stop bothering me. They also lose my insurance information every month.
For the membership price I do not recommend them.

Canceled hours before.
Scheduled an appointment weeks ago for today. Around 11 I was told it was cancelled. ( I was not contacted by phone or text even just email)
I can’t reschedule myself for whatever reason so I now have to wait 2 days for the scheduling team to reach back out to me. I had taken the day off of work for this appointment!
Also what is the point of the chat service if they themselves can’t help me?
I understand things can change with providers but most places are able to get you in to see another provider. Also the person I was able to chat with was very little help and it was obvious they were struggling with their English ( several messages were hard to understand)
This felt super unprofessional and from my experience so far I would not recommend.
Also if I had cancelled hours before I would have been charged 200$!!
If they are able to reschedule me at an appropriate time I will more than gladly update this review. But for now 1 star.
Update it took them 5 minutes from when I posted this to comment so let’s see how long it takes for someone to reach out.
