Updated 6/20/2022: I have been completed ghosted by Done while still be charged the monthly fee of $79. My provider did not respond to my prescription renewal request or follow-up message. When I tried to schedule an appointment, I got the message "your provider seems to have a full schedule." I was forced to quit my medication cold turkey and experienced severe withdrawal symptoms. I no longer recommend Done unless you are looking for a quick fix instead of a long-term treatment option. I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1.
I first made an appointment with my primary care physician to express my concerns and seek treatment. She brushed off my symptoms and told me to exercise more. I trusted her judgment and managed through the following years, never seeing an improvement. I was hesitant to try Done after having a negative experience but it was a complete 180. My provider really listened to me and validated my feelings and my concerns. She gave me a diagnosis and a prescription without making me feel bad about myself. My life has changed since getting the treatment that I needed, Done saved me!

Negligent and unsafe. Stay away.
I've been with Done for awhile. Decent experience in the beginning. Then I didn't receive a prescription and ran out of meds. As the average response time from Done is 3-5 days, I contacted them over a week in advance. Didn't matter. I had to track down my provider's personal phone number and let them know I was out, to get any response from Done.
They sent me a kind apology and I moved on.
Now here we are, 4 months later and it's happening again. Done changed my provider without notifying me. The new provider prescribed a totally different medication that the pharmacy can't fill, and when I called to address the issue, I was informed it would take 5 days to switch me to a new pharmacy, then however long it takes for the provider to resend the prescription and have it accepted.
Done didn't resolve this issue in time for me to get my meds before running out. I was able to get a prescription elsewhere to bridge the gap. I feel terrible for anyone who experienced fear and withdrawal symptoms waiting for Done to respond.

We are so grateful for your feedback because we are always finding ways to improve the services we provide. We understand how frustrating turnaround time can be for prescriptions. There are many factors that can cause delays in obtaining medication, including out of stock issues and changing pharmacies (which requires waiting on the old pharmacy to cancel the prescription, the government drug database to clear the prescription, a provider writing a new prescription, then the new prescription to be filled at the new pharmacy if it is in stock, as required by US law). For certain pharmacies, medications must be approved by another physician which increases the time it takes for that pharmacy to fill prescriptions as well. We are grateful for our patients' patience in allowing us to resolve these issues if they occur. We’ve reached out to make sure your issues have been resolvedUI - please reply to our request for information so that we can help!

Terrible company
Edit: after leaving a negative trust pilot review I got a response almost immediately and a voicemail saying they were going to submit my Rx for refill immediately and it would be ready next day.
Just got off the phone with my pharmacy and they don't have anything submitted for me.
My partner has been waiting 2 weeks without phone or email response as well, this company charges you but doesn't do what they are supposed to. I am currently on hold with the company (again) and if I don't have my and my partner's Rx filled by tomorrow we'll be submitted for fraud to our credit card company.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My provider was fine but the company is terrible.
After my first Rx was filled the company was near impossible to get ahold of despite my being automatically charged for a 'membership' I had no idea I was signing up for.
I figure since I was charged I'd request a refill and they refilled it...at the wrong pharmacy, even though I had included the pharmacy info in my request to try and make it fool-proof.
The company doesn't respond to emails and takes forever to answer the phone (if they do at all) and after I finally got someone on the phone they told me they'd take care of it. Great.
It's been a week since then and my pharmacy still doesn't have my Rx, and I've been waiting an email response, and have been on hold for 30 minutes at this point (edit: a recording just came on to tell me to call back later, no option to leave a voicemail or get a callback).
I'll be switching to another company that actually has some sort of customer service set up to actually work for their customers.
Here we go again
It has been a full seven days since I have requested my medication. I am officially out of meds. I am not a happy customer. I have attempted to reach out and need this taken care of
Can someone please contact me through the email that I have provide or request more information. I have emailed from my portal also
Here we go again. Done is a great service when it works correctly. I am s still waiting on my renewal it's been five days. I am now officially out of medication. It seems as if every 2 months or so they drop the ball. I would really like if my prescription could be sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner.
Can someone please assist. There is no way to contact customer service directly and quite frankly it's annoying.
Donefirst put my health and life at risk and doesn't care
I had been a patient with Donefirst for a few months, and put in a medication refill request for my Wellbutrin, Effexor, and Adderall on November 25 which have all been the same since starting, with no new changes. I had about a week of meds left. About 4-5 days go by and I hear nothing from my provider. I reach out to customer support, let them know my situation and what will happen if I'm out of meds, and I am told they'll figure out what's going on.
A couple of more days go by and still nothing from my provider or Donefirst. I'm getting nervous because I'm down to my last couple of days of meds. I follow-up with Donefirst and get the same generic "we're escalating this request" message.
I'm now out of meds. I can usually go a day before I start to have withdrawals of serious nausea, vertigo, skin crawling (gets worse because of my eczema), risk of seizures, severe drops in sodium levels, and more. It takes up to 3 weeks to stabilize after stopping cold turkey.
Day 2 of no meds: I'm feeling the side effects starting. I keep contacting Donefirst and am given the same copy-paste message that they're escalating it as always. I call their emergency line and can't get ahold of anyone. More emails back and forth, more empty promises that they'll get the medication to me ASAP. I ask to be switched to a new provider or anyone that can authorize the refill. I told them even if I don't get a refill of Adderall, it's fine - I just need my Wellbutrin and Effexor. I'm told they have no one that can authorize it besides my current provider, and they can't get ahold of her. I was told they have no upper management or other provider who can authorize an existing and pre-authorized prescription. I filed a TX Board of Nursing complaint and informed Donefirst I had done so. It doesn't phase them.
Day 3 of no meds: I'm in bed at this point because of the vertigo and nausea. I've scratched my skin to bleeding. I can't sleep and I can hardly keep anything down. I finally get through to Donefirst emergency line. I'm told that I have to switch from my pharmacy that's been on file to their ScripX home delivery service if I want to get my meds. I told them ok, whatever it takes. After they authorize the change, I'm told that it will take another 24-48 hours at least before my meds will get delivered after ScripX contacts me.
I've reiterated to them the severity of my situation, and am met with the same rinse and repeat message. I had to cancel the job interview at this point.
ScripX contacts me, they have the complete wrong Rx information. I am told to contact Donefirst again.
At this point I'm concerned for my health so I contact my brother-in-law who is a doctor (he lives out of state) and once I told him my medications and how long I'd gone without, he told me to get my meds STAT - I was likely going to have a seizure if I went much longer and would be hospitalized.
I found a telehealth service that could see me that day (on a late Sunday afternoon), and within 15 minutes I was prescribed 3 months supply of my meds (minus the Adderall) and it was sent to my pharmacy. I contacted Donefirst about this and was told that in seeking care elsewhere I violated their terms of service and they are terminating my membership. Bewildered, I asked "At the advice of a doctor I sought medical treatment because my life was in danger, which was because you were unable to get my medication to me in nearly 3 weeks, and you are saying I should not have sought medical attention?" I was told "Yes, that is correct. Due to liability."
A week or so later (Dec 10), a bottle of Adderall shows up on my doorstep. So much for liability.
I'm ok now, fortunately, but it did take several days for me to stabilize. My skin still crawls, though. After threats of legal action, Donefirst reimbursed me for the telehealth service and one month of service that they promised I'd have free due to all of this. I had to contact my bank to reverse the membership charge for month of November where literally nothing was being done.
Donefirst is the reason I was nearly hospitalized, missed out on a job opportunity because I had to cancel my interview, and had it not been for torte reform in Texas, I'd have a viable medical malpractice suit.
Edit to reply to Donefirst: No thank you. Your service is as useless as the "support" you provide. You can look up my case. You have all the information you need.
Review over Ogechi Uzomah - AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
Review over Ogechi Uzomah
Do not use this platform. It is a cash grab scam at best and at worst it is a bunch of "providers" that don't specialize in ADHD and can't handle their workload of patients. My provider prescribed me an SSRI because she insisted I was "severely depressed" and my ADHD manifests from that. I am already taking an SSRI for anxiety and don't think I need another one. I also know I am not depressed - she did not fold after I told her this is not the case for myself.
I read further into her reviews, (should've done more research on this platform originally), and several patients have claimed she doesn't even believe in ADHD in women and she avoids stimulants! Why even employ her! Way to hurt people needing mental health help even futher, you should be ashamed.
A wreckless and opportunistic company
I began services with Done. in July 2021. I was going into the service already having a documented ADHD diagnosis but wanted the telehealth perks without the hassle of visiting my doctor in an office every few months. They gladly took my initial patient fees and I promptly had my first appointment. It was fine until two weeks later when my issues with the company began.
My done. provider told me to message him through the patient portal when one of my medications was running low. So I followed his instructions and requested refill for an SSRI. SSRIs are not controlled substances, it’s just a standard antidepressant and should have no trouble being filled. I never heard back from my provider, sent four messages over the course of two weeks. Then came time for other meds to need refills, but I still couldn’t get a reply from anybody at the company. After four weeks of this, they emailed me saying that they no longer had any providers in my state and some loaded apology.
I was shocked a company that advertises itself as the future of mental health would be so wreckless with patient treatment. Sudden stopping of an SSRI is dangerous and can cause seizures. So I was left without any future care not any referrals for how I could access care quickly so my treatment wouldn’t be further delayed. They reimbursed me for my second month - the fee they auto deducted while my messages went without replies and only two days before cancelling. Only when I threatened to file a chargeback did they give me a partial reimbursement of the month prior.
Done is a wreckless company that truly doesn’t care about it’s patients. To them, patients are just customers. No dignified, quality doctor would cease your care without notice and at the very least, referrals and resources to continue care from somewhere else. Done has no regard for the patients using their services. They’re overpriced for subpar quality of services, weeks gone without replied support messages, and an overall undignified business model.
Stay away from Done!!
After Done.com scheduled me a doctor who did not show up, they then tried to schedule me another appointment a week later. I explained to them that I would not wait another week for my appointment. Even after all of this Done.com still charged me $200. They also have HORRIBLE customer service. Almost non-existent.
