THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM!!!
I am so surprised this “company” hasn’t been taken down. Unless you want to waste $200+, I highly recommend you just go to a trusted clinic (in person) and use a REAL provider.
Also - I go back to cancel the membership and the site all of a sudden says feedback error over and over again.
What an ultimate scam! Reporting them to the police for fraud.

Cant prescribe in Texas
Terrible. No communication. They can't write prescriptions in Texas - they can't do auto refills, but the kicker is I was told none of this until a span of multiple emails and calls after requesting a fill that was supposed to be done on December 26th. It's not February 1st.
My first initial appointment went well, prescription was sent in an filled in 3 days.
I cannot get an appointment with a provider - the calendar option isn't there. I can't cancel in the portal - its definitely a scam.
They told me they were sending it to my preferred Walgreens. 3 days later they said it was being delivered by RXscripts. Then 5 days later they said RXscripts was out. So, I sent them 6 local pharmacies. 3 days later they came back and said "it was sent to RXscripts for mail delivery but they are out."
I have no idea who RXscripts is. The only reason I was able to stretch my script into January is because I was off so much during the holiday season.
It's critical for me right now. Work is literally ramping up and I'm all over the place.
Last night they told me its a shortage. I told them the pharmacies in my area don't have a shortage - they are just waiting on a prescription...and that's when they finally said their NP can't subscribe in Texas. They also told me take the autofill button off because it doesn't work. lol.
I asked for a refund of the last 2 payments because no one communicated this to me. They said they can't do that. Same 2 people seem to answer the phone. It's despicable at this point. $360 at this point, 1 month of a script, 1 appointment - no fills and no follow ups. I've had to cancel my card. It's unacceptable. They should be ashamed.
**ADDING**
|They are continuing this farce. They attempted to scam me out of an additional $40 today. After writing this review someone responded wanting a 'reference' number (like they give that out. lol) And then someone text me saying the prescription was on the way I needed to review my address and agree. I go to email and its asking for permission to charge my card $40 so the prescription can be processed. BUT HOW... the prescription should be sent to the pharmacy of my choice and I thought they couldn't prescribe in Texas. I asked for confirmation and background info - no response.
As I stated, I have to CANCEL my credit card because the payment method in the portal is not visible. When I attempted to cancel the service I didn't get a confirmation - I just got booted out of the portal with messages that the profile doesn't exit. This is completey unnerving.
I believe unfortunately, this is a site run by non-americans and/or immigrant practicioners who are outsourcing everything through a google phone.
This was a horrific waste. It was theft. It's a scam. RUN.

Update to horrible experience
Update to horrible experience
They do not have a prescribing Doctor in Texas. They took my money and can't deliver on the getting me a prescription. Went round and round with them. 10 or so phone calls. Now today when I went to Log In in order to see if there was any update communication, I see that they canceled my account. Did they refund my money? Nope. Charged me over $200 when they are NOT able to write perceptions in Texas. LOL What a scam

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They don't care about you just your monthly payment!!! FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER/SERVICE. The positive reviews have to be fake - all I have had is problems.

I just started using Done back in…
I just started using Done back in December. I am paying monthly to be told they cannot submit my second refill to the same pharmacy that I used the first time and have been waiting for almost two weeks for them to remedy the situation. I feel completely scammed! Anyone looking into using this company should do their research and look at these reviews. So far, I am very disappointed with the service.

Total scam.
SECOND UPDATE: It's been 8 days now and my medication still hasn't been ordered. I have more anxiety about the situation than when I first sought out treatment. Now they're blaming it on a national shortage of the medication. My pharmacy confirmed that they never received the order and couldn't even confirm whether or not it was in stock. They did say that if they're out, they let you know there's a delay and that they're ordering it. That didn't happen here because they NEVER received the medication. Again, please stay far far away from this company and go with an M.D. directly if you can. I'm now out the money I spent here and I just signed up to see a psychologist directly for about 2.5x the price. It's a lot of money out of my pocket but it's worth it for the peace of mind, honestly. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and the consumer protection division of my attorney general office and the federal bureau of consumer protection at the FTC. It's horrendous how they would take advantage of people in this way.
UPDATE: After their generic response about wanting to investigate and address any issues, I didn't hear from anyone. I never heard from the alleged "on call provider" they have. My pharmacy hasn't been contacted. I logged into my patient portal today to send another message and saw that they had deleted my last message detailing how I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. No response, no acknowledgement, just deleted it. I'm honestly shocked. I also called in twice and received an automated "no one is available" message. To an "urgent" hotline that is supposed to be able to be accessed 24/7. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a care provider. Horrible. Almost everything they purport to "service" is completely misleading. My next step is to go to the federal and state consumer protection agency and then legal action if necessary. Stay far, far away.
Completely regret signing up with Done. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which is legitimately the only reason I'm giving them 1 star. There was an issue charging my card the day before my appointment. Instead of getting ahold of me to either fix the issue or try another form of payment, my appointment was cancelled. I had to go in and register like new and was charged again (on the same card might I add). Luckily, my appointment time was still available so I wouldn't have to wait another week. I was glad to get scheduled quickly, because local providers couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 months. I had my appointment with a NP, and she prescribed 2 medications. I went to pick up my medications and only 1 was there. Called the hotline and was told someone would get back to me either that day or the next morning. It's been 4 days and I've called every day and been told the same thing and haven't heard from anyone. When I got through to the hotline today (oh yeah, you can't always get through and they will cut you off after a 10 minute wait), I asked to speak to someone above the rep or someone who could actually resolve any issues instead of taking a message. I was told that it's Friday so the management team isn't in. 24/7 access is a total lie.
I found a number for my provider directly (Done doesn't provide this), and she told me my prescription didn't get in because controlled substances have to be sent in by a doctor, not NP, and the doctor hadn't sent it in yet. Fine. Was told it would be corrected the next day. It's now the end of the next day and the pharmacy still doesn't have my prescription. I called in AGAIN, and I was told I would get over to their on-call provider list to get the prescription in and "expedited" on their list, I would just have to wait for a call from their prescription service. Still haven't heard anything. It sounds like the majority of this "service" is just waiting for someone to get back to you that may or may not ever do so. I already know the copy-pasted general "we want to investigate and resolve this" response is coming, but based on other reviews it doesn't look like things ever get investigated or resolved or if they do, it's months later.
This "service" is a total scam; don't fall for it. I understand that for a lot of people, access to mental health services is a real issue. If you can afford it, and if you have access to another provider, invest the extra couple hundred bucks and go with someone reputable that you can actually access easily.

Stay FAR away
I have been with Done for several months. It started out fine, I really liked my provider and the service seemed like it was really streamlining my care so I wouldn't have to worry so much. A few months after I signed up, it started to go downhill. Barely any communication with my provider, constantly messing up my prescriptions so that I am unable to get my proper care on time. They switched providers on me with no explanation and just randomly scheduled times with the new one without asking or warning me first. Refills give me anxiety every month and I spend hours either calling my pharmacy or practically begging the lackluster "support" team to fix the issue. I have been out of my prescription many times because they don't have their s*&t together. I pay way too much every month for this service that brings me anxiety and stress and does not help me in any way. Stay far away. They just want your money and don't provide a helpful service.
Edit: It's thoroughly amazing to me that I can get a response from Done on Trustpilot in an hour but it often takes days to get a response from them on their own platform. This perfectly illustrates the problem - it's all about the looks of a functioning business rather than being a functioning business.
Second edit: Done tried to have my review removed by labeling it as "unverified". It is now back up because I was able to verify my membership of their terrible service for almost a year. Done knows their target demographic - people with ADHD - are likely not going to bother with uploading documentation to prove they used a service just to leave a review. I imagine I'm not the only one and that they've probably had many other accurate reviews removed. Done: why are you spending more time on damage control instead of fixing your broken system and app?

Do not use Done if you live in…
Do not use Done if you live in California. They are in violation of the law. I requested my medical records over a month ago and they have failed to provide them. That is illegal. They continue to dick me around every damn month. Last month it took them almost 2 weeks since I requested a refill before they managed to get my provider to send it to a pharmacy. I had to call every single day multiple times and I was not able to pick it up in my home state. I had to waste time on vacation and pick it up in another damn state because these people cannot do their job. After the first month they’ll be pushing their little online pharmacy telling you thats the only place that has adderall in all of SoCal. If you don’t pay their extortion fee and use their suspicious pharmacy, good luck.
They are going to respond with the same bs copy and paste response about how theyre so sorry and its not like them. Thats a lie. Ive been dealing with this unprofessional pill farm every damn month since the second month. Theyre going to say please reapond to the request for more information but thats just so they look like they actually care to you reading this. They don’t and they never follow through.
To done and their copy and paste response: just do your damn job. I dont want to be placated by some dumb moron who wont be able to help me actually get my prescription. I dont want to hear bs about pharmacies not having my medication in stock. There are thousands of pharmacies in LA. That is not an excuse
