I have been trying to contact my provider for 39 days
I have been a member of DoneFirst for three months. I have not been able to communicate with my physician in 39 days. Each month, I had prescription delays due to missing prescription requirements. This month, my prescription was delayed by over two weeks. Sudden withdrawal from stimulants is uncomfortable at best and dangerous at work. Your likelihood to get into an accident increases with untreated ADHD. This company will get you signed up and prescribed, and then any adjustments will require days of delay, poor communication, generic responses from the team, and phone calls to their "emergency" line that go unanswered and unreturned. I will be requesting a chargeback for these services that were not delivered, and I will be reporting my physician to their respective board. These predatory practices are shameful, and I hope the gap this company inevitably leaves after they are shuttered is filled by truly ethical providers who take their jobs seriously and respectfully. If you aim to serve a population who is suffering, your communication and practices must be ethical. Update: Their latest response through their patient portal is literally a copy and paste of a previous message that was sent to me. Of course it doesn't address my previous concerns. They are a mess. If you are a current patient dealing with this company, record everything. Copy and paste all of your portal messages to an outside doc. Record all calls. Ask your insurance, if you have it, if the doctor has called them and make sure you Record that answer. Look into the founder of the company, and employee reviews of this company, and anyone associated with this company. You will better understand the state of this company with personal awareness. Good luck.
