I am a late 30-something teacher who only recently realized that some of my struggles at work might be ADHD. I used Done to get evaluated for ADHD and get a prescription. My evaluator was a nurse practitioner who spent about 45 min on a video call with me. She listened to my concerns, asked insightful follow-up questions, and discussed several options for medication before we settled on something that seemed like it would be a good first try. A few weeks later, it was easy to use Done's website to message my provider for a refill and a slight dosage increase. Both times I messaged online they got back to me in 2 days or less. This website and service have given me hope that I can keep teaching.

Great service and professional actual gives me the time to take care of my adhd instead of having to take time off of work

My experience with Done has been most pleasant and professional I am supremely pleased with their level of service. My technician is fantastic. She is understanding, upbeat and very professional. I always knew I suffered from ADHD but never did anything about it until 9 months ago when I started with Done. The difference is mind boggling. From both a professional and personal standpoint I feel so much more focused and attentive and it shows to the point others have remarked about my change. Only wish I had done something sooner in my life. I highly recommend their services.

This company is great for those who understand that they have ADHD but have not been able to find the right medical professionals to be diagnosed and/or medicated. It can be very challenging. So Done has offered me the chance to take charge of my own health and that has brought a MAJOR change in my life. I would suggest to give this process a try, try the medication, and if they sit well (without any or very mild side effects) it would mean they are working and you needed them. If they give you major side effects, and you have tried others, then perhaps you don't have ADHD and you need to continue your search for what is really going on and what is going to help you. Don't desist! But before that, make sure you're doing everything correctly in order to avoid side effects. For instance, on two occasions I have taken my meds without food and it has been terrible: I feel all those pesky side effects, such as jitteriness, headaches, agitation, etc. If I take them with a proper meal, then they work beautifully and they give me the balance and ease I am looking for in order to take my life where I want.

Excellent service and consultations. I have been lucky enough to have an excellent provider and she has really helped me out by listening and working with me to find the right solution for my life long ADHD. I have easy contact and quick responses when ever I have any questions or concerns.

Still early on in my experience with donefirst but so far I've had absolutely no problems. Filled out the initial screening questions, then shortly after that was given a selection of appointment times for the initial video conference with the nurse practitioner. Video conference went as planned. Prescription was recommended (no surprise as both of my children had/have ADHD). It was confirmed that my pharmacy accepts electronic submissions. I was able to pick up the prescriptions that evening. Had online survey to see how I was doing about a week later. I had a question concerning my dosage about a week after that and discussed things with the prescriber online within a couple of hours. First refill can't occur until next week so I have no input concerning that just yet.
