SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Wish I could rate zero stars. I’m at my wits end with this scam of a moneypit. Absolutely, positively infuriating. It is nearly impossible to get your refills in a timely manner. Their website says “refills may take up to three days”, but I have been waiting two weeks!!! Their help line is constantly busy, but they sure stay on top of reviews on this website… Complete joke of a company. I’m fairly certain they’re paying bots to write good reviews, because so many others are having the same issues as me. A scam. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other service.

Just got ghosted, should've trusted these reviews...
Just got ghosted for my first appointment, thanks Done! I sat in an empty Zoom meeting for an hour trying to figure out how to contact these people. They left me a number to call in case any problems arose and that lead me to an automatic voice message telling me they're closed. What makes it even better is the fact that they still charged the $200. All I wanted was help but these people just made me feel stupid for trusting this. Now I'm sure I'm going to have to jump through endless hoops if I want to see that $200 back. Please don't fall for this scam. If you made an appointment and are waiting, just save yourself the headache and cancel it, get your money back and go a more traditional route.
**UPDATE**
One month after cancellation they STILL decided to charge my card $80 because they secretly slip in their "subscription service". THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUMBAGS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Goes downhill really quickly
UPDATE 3/29: turns out the only “urgent support hotline” this company has is writing a negative review. After all of the forms of communication I listed before, someone reached out to me because of the review and I finally got my prescription although it was almost 2 weeks late.
However, once I got the prescription, they called and asked me if I could take my negative review down since my issue was “resolved.” Just because I finally got my prescription does not mean the issue is resolved, it had nothing to do with a provider leaving, your customer service is nonexistent. Feels really sketchy that they’re asking people to take down negative reviews to hide the truth on how terrible they are.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone for over a week at this company regarding my prescription, which is now overdue by over a week, regardless of which method of communication I’ve tried. I have called the “urgent” line about 7 different times and after ten minutes on hold it just tells you no one can help and disconnects, I have submitted multiple messages through the portal, and I’ve emailed multiple times as well and nothing from any of these methods other than the one time someone picked up the phone and their connection was so bad that I gave up. They have sent my prescription incorrectly twice now so the pharmacy cannot fill it and they don’t seem to care or feel any sense of urgency. Enjoy your first convenient appointment because it’s all downhill from there and I’m pretty sure a medical company that gives prescriptions should not be allowed to operate this way. I’ve heard they delete negative reviews so we’ll see how long this stays up there - if they do delete it then it’ll be the most communication I’ve gotten from them in a week :)

Awful experience so far
Awful experience so far. I have been using Done for three months. The first month, the pharmacy couldn't fill my prescription because Done included an out of state license number on the prescription rather than the provider's license number in my state. After correcting the issue a few days later, I thought I was in the clear. However, the same thing happened the second month, which delayed my prescription yet again. You'd think the third time would be a charm, but the EXACT same thing happened on the third prescription but, this time, it has been a week and a half and I am still waiting for it to be corrected. No one is responding to my messages through their website and if you call the "urgent assistance line" you are automatically put on hold by an automated system and no one ever answers (eventually, the call just drops). It is shocking how bad the customer experience has been here.
EDIT: After over three weeks of waiting for Done to correct my prescription (which would literally take seconds) with no foreseeable assistance in sight, I had to cancel my subscription. I requested, but was not given, a partial refund for the time spent without medication. I would be very wary of this company. I can honestly say I've never had an event remotely similar experience with any other heatlhcare providers in my life. Based on the reviews here, it appears this is a pervasive issue with Done so use them at your own risk.
Also, in spite of the reply from Done to my review, I did reply to the TrustPilot request for information and, as you might have guessed, no one contacted me, nothing was fixed, etc. I'm sure the replies are to make it appear as if they are working to remedy the issues raised in the poor reviewes, but I can assure you nothing was done in my case.

SCAMMMMM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
It has now been exactly 1week since my initial consultation with a practitioner and was supposed to have my medication sent to my pharmacy within 24-48hrs. I called my pharmacy to check the status and the explained they didn’t have anything on file for me. I tried reaching out to done through the portal multiple times and never received a response. I sent a scathing email to done explaining my experience and how unsettling it was to not receive any feedback or updates on my messages in regards to my medication. Then and ONLY then did I receive a bs response saying how sorry they were and they would be reaching out with a resolution shortly…surprise they didn’t lol.
I’ve called every single day since and have received the same response with ZERO resolution to this issue.
Needless to say all they will do is give you the run around and you’ll have to chase after your prescription from day 1.

PHARMACY CHANGE LED TO DISASTER.
Request change in Pharmacy led to disaster.
I asked for a change of pharmacy given the current medication shortage where I live. The next thing I know: They sent the prescription to my usual pharmacy. I told them about the mistake and explained again that in my usual pharmacy, the medicine is in backorder. I gave them again the info for the new pharmacy. Next thing I know, they sent the prescription to a VA pharmacy (I am not in the military). I have no idea where they got the idea of sending it to the VA pharmacy. I tried to contact them, but this time around, there is no response and no answer either by phone or by email. I sent a complaint to their main office and they replied with the same generic email they have responded with in the past. The email states that a change of pharmacy takes 5 biz days ( they need to cancel the wrong prescription and send a new one). So I have to wait 5 biz days because somebody who has no regard for their patients, didn't attentively read my request. A request that if given the proper importance could have avoided a great deal distress for me and my family. Today I will be running out of my medicine. I will be flying out of the US on Sat on a work trip and given the state of things I will do so without a new prescription, thanks to this company, their practices and lack of regard for their patients. If its true that they reply to this reviews within 24 hours, then it means that they care more about the reviews that the care about their patients.

No one responds.
Everything went well for my first appointment and my doctor prescribed medication that has really been helping me manage my workload. The time to refill my prescription was approaching (5 days) and I got a message from my doctor saying that I couldn’t renew for 30 days. I’ve been trying to get in contact through the portal for 5 days and still have had no response. I’m frustrated that I’ll be charged this month and can’t even get anyone to respond to me.
