For the first several months I was happy with the care I received via Done.
Recently, though, I have been unable to reach anyone. I submitted a refill request almost a week ago, but there has been no response (they say they will respond within 3 days). I've tried following up via the online portal and via email. Radio silence. I have also tried calling the "urgent line" but I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then a recording says "no one is available" and hangs up. The next available appointments with my provider are in June.
Without medication, my work performance suffers. After reading so many reviews that confirm others are having similar experiences lately, I think it is time to cancel my membership and go back to seeing my PCP in person every 3 months. As inconvenient as that can be, it was more reliable and consistent than what I am experiencing with Done.

Do not use Done.
Similar to the other reviews below, Done has been an absolute nightmare to get ahold of regarding any questions. It was great for about 3 months, but now has been about a month and a half since I have last had my medication, and they don't seem to have any desire of helping. I have had very little in the way of response from my provider aside from generic/automated messages that apologize for the delay. The only response that I did get (that I wasn't even able to respond to) was the prescriber saying that there were no such things as "withdrawal" symptoms, that it was just my symptoms returning, and that there was no cure for that. She is not wrong, but that is the entire reason that I went to Done in the first place, so that I could have help in remedying the symptoms! My most recent prescription wasn't even sent to the pharmacy, and my messages requesting that the prescriptions be put through have gone unanswered. If you are thinking of using Done as your provider, I cannot recommend them. The premium they charge each month is laughable, considering that I have not been given any services that I have paid them for over the past 2 months. I came here to get treatment for ADHD, and after seeing psychiatrists for over 15 years, this has been the single worst experience with any "healthcare" provider I have ever had.

I'm pretty sure this company is in the process of going out of business
My experience for the fist two months was good. The clinician was easy to work with, and prescribed medication that really was helping. Like many other reviewers, the issues started when I requested a refill 8 days ago. I have not yet received a response, and multiple attempts to contact customer service online have not been responded to. Trying to call gets nowhere. I am now left without the medication after being on it for two months, which is causing significant issues and seriously affecting my productivity at work. Dealing with withdrawal issues due to lack of response from a medical practitioner raises some serious issues of ethics and/or legality. I would be better off having never started the medication than being forced to involuntarily quit without a plan.

I’m so extremely upset with this company. They scheduled me with the wrong doctor, charged me $199 and now they’re telling me they have to reschedule me with another doctor in the right state and that appointment isn’t until May 4! Almost a month away, this is ridiculous!! Run, they will take your money and screw you up in the process.

Ghosted by my team
I have been trying to contact ANYONE at done for 2 months. My experience until the end of jan/beginning of feb 2022 had been smooth sailing. But come February, I have not been able to reach a single person at this company. I’ve now gone MULTIPLE MONTHS RATIONING MY MEDICATION. My pharmacy has tried to contact them as well, and they keep happily sending over my rx without filing a prior authorization, meaning I can’t actually get my meds. I don’t know what happened, but from January 2021 - January 2022 this experience has gone from perfect to awful. Very weird, and I’m still paying monthly.

Refusal of care and refund
I have officially been out of my medicine for one whole month due to incompetence on the side of Done. My pharmacy has attempted to contact a Done provider or support team member for an entire week and have not been able to reach anyone. I have requested a refund from Done and they have declined my request. Please avoid Done at all costs. I am out $100 this month because they hang up every time I contact them about a refund.

Stay far away from Done
I moved to a new state and thought this would be a service I could use to continue receiving medication for my ADHD. It has been 10 days since I met with Deborah Whatley at Done. I have submitted the requested medical records and provided all necessary information immediately, received confirmation it was received, but still no prescription submitted as my provider indicated it would be. I have reached out numerous times via their portal and email, and still nothing. They did not hesitate to charge me but do not seem to be able to fulfill the services rendered or to respond to customers. I wish I read Trustpilot before signing up for services. It's almost comical that their website has big words splashed across it saying, "ADHD shouldn't be this hard". I agree, Done. It shouldn't be this hard.
7-21-22 Edit:
Since Done is trying to have this review removed under the guise of me not being real, and this review being "fake" I'd like to provide an update.
After paying for the initial fee, and multiple months of service, I received a total of ONE prescription. I could never get refills, but Done had no problem charging me monthly for the service they were not providing. I have dozens of emails and attempts contacting them documented (sent to TrustPilot along with proof of payment) with no resolution from Done. They will charge you and not provide the service you pay for.
Additionally, Done is committing HIPAA violations and will not provide your medical records when requested. It has now been 63 days since I requested my medical records from done. They exist as I had a medical appointment with their awful practitioner, but they will not provide me with my personal health information. They are in violation of my right to my health information, and I have filed a case with the Department of Health and Human Services OCR regarding this. I strongly recommend anyone having similar issues with Done to do the same.
This company is a scam. They will charge you and never provide service, and will violate your HIPAA right to access your health information. They will also try to shut down any reviews that state facts. Stay FAR AWAY.
