UPDATED REVIEW -My doctor was able to take a record of my prior treatment and quickly and easily resume where I'd left off. BUUUUUT... Followup care, pharmacy visits, and any bump in the road are all but impossible. Every message sent can take up to 72 hours for a response, and communication isn't direct so it's like whisper down the lane. It seems like the clinicians are always booked solid doing intake, so are not to blame for the gridlock, they are allowed no bandwidth to keep up with the administrative work behind having a much larger patient load than any traditional doctor. They also don't seem to work with traditional insurance directly so, if you're working with someone who works for you not the best alternative. So yeah, legit, can be a very good experience, can also turn into a full-time job trying to chase them around.

Confidence has once again been lost...
Unfortunately, I've had to once again update my review based on a recent negative experience with Done. My medication has once again not been refilled on time, and what is worse is I received a text message assuring me it had been sent. I've also been prompted recently to leave a positive review for the company.
They seem to care much more about their public reputation, and making a profit, than actually providing a therapeutic service to their clientele. I depend on my medication to function, and this company continues to screw up every two to three months in getting it to me on time. Now I have to go almost an entire week (at least) without my meds because they didn't do the job I paid them for.
Unfortunately, in my experience, the only way to get them to act is to start making noise. So once again this review has been modified and downgraded to a two. A three would be me getting my medication on time and a four would be them going out of their way to make that happen, which it seemed that they were doing.
Now it's going to take a lot more from them to get me to change the score on this review. If I don't get my medication this time, the review will continue to become more negative.

What does it mean to provide customer-oriented healthcare?
What does it mean to provide customer-oriented healthcare? I have been a Done. customer for nine months now.
I have had issues fulfilling my prescriptions, meeting with my provider, and receiving assistance from Done. support 6/9 months I have been a member. I can think of only one prescription refill that was seemless and didn't cause interupted care. The rest of the time, I usually have to wait weeks for my presciptions to be refilled and that is only after constantly communicating with support.
I loved my first care provider but she recently left and I was assigned a new provider. The internal portal doesn't allow for efficient direct messaging, preventing you from asking timely questions to your provider and vice versa.
I set up a consulation to meet with my new provider, even stepped out of a business meeting to take the call. I waited the full 15-minutes past the consultation start time, only for my provider not to show and then kick me off the platform with no apology or explaination.
I will say that the support team is usually always super nice and helpful. When I requested a discount or prorate because none of the services promised to members had been provided in the past month - I was only given a payment extension.
Done. says members will get easy access to consultations, prescriptions refilled without incident, and continous care but to be quite frank - they have failed on all accounts.

100% do not use this service if you…
Update 11/3: As much as I want to update my review to 4 or 5 stars. I can’t. As stated before, my provider was a no show to our appointment at the end of October and my appointment got rescheduled (not by me) to December. Now today, my appointment got canceled by someone and I can’t go in to reschedule because no dates or times show up for me to choose from. I love my provider and do not want to switch. I just don’t know what to do at this point. I needed my October appointment to be able to request my prescription renewal for this month (November). I will also say I was contacted several times by a customer service representative by the name of Angela and she was so helpful and kind dealing with my issues. The appointment fiasco wasn’t an issue until after every other issue was resolved though. Go figure.

100% do not use this service if you value your time, energy and mental health. I have waited WEEKS for my prescription refill to be renewed. It was approved twice by two different providers. I still have not received it. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of October which my provider was a no show for. I got a text saying it was cancelled after I waited 20 minutes already for her to show. I also submitted email after email to the done support team, all of which were IGNORED. I got one response back a few weeks ago where I expressed some concerns and the person responding flipped everything I said and made everything into my fault, it wasn’t by the way. I got one text saying my concerns would be escalated to higher ups and I’d either get a text, call or email about it. I didn’t. I’ve received nothing in over a month except countless frustrations trying to get the service I’ve already paid for. The first few months using done were exceptional, but it seems like it’s just turned into a big scam you will waste your money on.

Great idea - terrible website, service
This is a great idea - specialized telehealth with a specific focus on ADHD. Once one was available (was not one in my area until a few months after signup) my doctor seemed good and I got a prescription that seems to help. It took like 4 days after the appointment to get it filled though with no way to check what was going on until that point. A month later, finding where and how to request a refill is a challenge, website is awful, no customer service number to call. Did I request a refill in the right spot, I thought so but who knows?! Maybe my pharmacy will call me in another week and say that they have one? I think I'll stick with a traditional doc, this is more of a pain in the a$$ than convenience. And a doctor's office will be covered by my insurance.

Customer service dropped the ball...
Edit 8/23/21:
I'm editing my review to reflect the fact that my prescription has finally been sent through, a full week after I alerted Done that there had been an issue with my insurance.
I think Done is a great service for folks looking to get an initial ADHD dx and get started on medication, especially if you are in a pinch and need to get on medication faster than can be accomplished through traditional in-person psychiatry. However, for anyone who has needs beyond an Adderall prescription, such as anxiety, depression, or even just wanting to try a different ADHD medication, this service is not sustainable in the long term.
Between this most recent issue, and some issues I have had with my prescriber in general (in addition to the fatphobia referenced below, I'm pretty sure she is not reading the entirety of my messages to her via the portal; I don't feel comfortable talking to her about some side effects of my meds; and despite my flagging a specific medication as not effective, she has no interest in trying something else or changing the medication dosage), I will ending my Done membership once I find a new provider.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Honestly, it started out great, which is why this review is two stars instead of one. I'd been struggling to find a provider that I liked, and after having a bad experience with a nurse practitioner, and then another bad experience with a psychiatry office that couldn't figure out my prior authorization, I was thrilled to start an affordable service that prioritized getting you the correct, efficient treatment. I left my first appointment feeling great.
Unfortunately, it's been downhill from there. There have been a couple of hiccups with my provider, first of all, including a couple of mildly fatphobic remarks about not wanting to prescribe a certain medication because it could cause weight gain. For others that might be a deal breaker, but I decided to look past it.
The real issue is the same issue that everyone else has been detailing for the past few days. After an issue with my insurance provider, I contacted Done about getting my prescription refill transferred to a different pharmacy. I also explained that I was at the end of my previous prescription, so this request was urgent. A customer service representative assured me they were transferring my request to their pharmaceutical team and that they would take care of it. Well, it's three days later now and not ONLY has my prescription not been transferred, and not ONLY is my pharmacy information not even updated in my patient portal, but ALSO every subsequent attempt to contact their customer service team has been met with a form response if by email, or no response at all if using their live chat function. This is particularly baffling, considering up until this week, their customer service has been relatively reliable, if not always the most prompt.
I've now sent an email to the urgent email address they've been mentioning in the replies they're leaving to folks on this site. It's been an hour since I sent the email, so we'll see if I hear back from them.
If you are considering using Done, I think it has the potential to be a great service. When it works, the automatic refill feature is fantastic. However, at $80/month, with a provider I'm iffy on, and a customer service team that has dropped the ball, I would encourage people to seek out other options and work with a local, in-person provider instead.

Not so judgment free ADHD treatment
I couldn't update the review that I posted 4 days ago because I was over my limit in characters, so here's the update:
Again, support is hit or miss. I continued to send emails requesting updates on my prescription status and nine days later it was corrected. The last message to me was very gracious, taking full responsibility. I thought everything would be fine. My intention was to update the review to adjust my star rating when I got back from picking up my prescription today.
Then, this afternoon: I received 4 calls from Done with updates about my prescription and asking me to remove my negative comments on TrustPilot. I responded that I would not -- correcting mistakes doesn't erase the issues incurred in the first place. Customers/clients/patients deserve to know about others' experiences -- the good, the bad, and the ugly. If the "good" comments are ok, the "bad" ones should be as well (as long as it's accurate -- must have the "receipts" as the kids say.) I can appreciate a ballsy tactic on their part and planned to say nothing about it.
Then, this happened -- I received an email from the clinician who approved the prescription (not my provider, someone else) and it contained this sentence: "Please note that it is illegal to share, sale [sic], or buy prescription controlled medication."
Come again?
So the company whose tagline is "[j]udgement-free ADHD treatment made for you" just made a judgment to insinuate, humiliate, offend, and malign the integrity of a patient by calling them a drug abuser or drug dealer or unauthorized drug purchaser all in one fell swoop. What was the predicate for this statement? Was it my very Latino name, I wonder? Because the only thing in my "file" are emails regarding provider scheduling and my missing prescription. Today was the first time I've ever been asked for my ID to purchase a prescription!
I have about 2 weeks to consider whether I continue with the service before I'm charged another fee. Signs are pointing to no. That sentence is part of a record in my treatment plan. The humiliation they've caused me today isn't worth the convenience of telemedicine.
Update: I just received notification from TrustPilot that Done has flagged my review and they'd like me to submit documentation of my relationship with Done. This is above and beyond. Not only did they only contact me for assistance and request that I remove or change my review, they are now saying the review isn't from a real patient or accurate. They sure have no problem charging me $79 a month for nothing except prescription renewals because I can't get an appointment with a provider. My last 2 appts have been cancelled so I haven't spoken to a provider in literally months and when I try to make an appointment I can't.

No idea where to go from first appt
This seems to be the only place done is responding to anything so I’ll try my luck here. While this seems like a super convenient way to go about getting medicated for ADHD- especially in a pandemic- and the doctor I met whgh was great, they give you so little information on any of the processes? I had my first appointment and got a prescription and from there I have no idea what to do next or how to see when and what I’m being charged. No emails, no receipts, no record of anything. The “dashboard” is a three button nightmare with no clear information on anything past what you’ve been prescribed. I have no idea when or how to get my prescription, how much it will cost, when I will be billed, and when I emailed to try and get an answer or any transparency, I get no answer for a week. I saw them responding to comments on this forum and hope someone will be in touch.
