Done has changed my life for the best. The my doctor is kind, friendly, and is attentive to my needs. I feel listened to and not rushed or judged. The appointments are easy to schedule and the response time is prompt. I would highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with ADHD. The stigma of having a Mental Illness is great, but through Done I don't have to worry about any of that, so glad I found Done. If only pharmacies be more user friendly, bc that is the only issue with getting my prescription.

I’ve had nothing but exceptional experience with Done in the 6 months I’ve been a patient. I was nervous reading reviews, but I’ve only had good experiences so far. First and foremost, my dr is amazing. I can tell she is truly interested in my improvement and well-being. She’s quick to respond and on time in our meetings. Prescriptions have always been written and filled promptly and I’ve had no issues on this front. The only bump I ran into was not being able to schedule an appointment for about a week but customer service helped with that. I enjoy being able to reach out easily in the portal, it’s comforting to know I can ask questions or raise concerns to my dr directly.

Great experience with a knowledgeable doctor. He listened to all my concerns and educated me in detail about my current condition. The whole process was very smooth. I had my first appointment today and received a script today with 0 issues. My insurance would not cover the meds due to my age, but it will still only $34 for a months supply. Which is still cheaper than the other options I had explored for treatment. I have 0 complaints and would highly recommend to those out there that are seeking treatment.
