I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. Insurance required a prior authorization, and the Done Team kept me updated throughout the entire process.

I haven't even received my internal…
I haven't even received my internal appointment and already they are willing to answer my questions and respond. Something unheard of if your with a local Dr office. Hopefully spots will open up soon so I can come back and give another 5 star rating. I've been on the same ADHD treatment forever and they found me when I needed information due to moving and losing providers.

Done
Done. has helped me reclaim my life. After struggling with ADHD and knowing I needed to go back to medication to get control of my life, Done. helped me do just that. I can’t thank them enough for all of the support this past year and for finding me a psychiatrist that truly cares and listens!

Prompt, Private, Personable
I’ve been very pleased with the polite, prompt and caring service I’ve received since signing up with a Care. I have received top notch service and recommend them to my friends/family. Thank you for such amazing care! 😊 There was an additional step required in order to have my insurance company cover my medication. My pharmacy submitted the request and Done did their part. I received a determination in less than a month’s time!

Done is excellent
Done is excellent. They answered my questions throughly. Made sure I understood the education they gave me. Followed up to make sure I didn't need anything or had more questions. The fact it was online was a life-saver due to work schedule and the difficulty to just go to the doctor for fear of judgement. My mental health has improved greatly thanks to done.

Done has been so convenient
Done has been so convenient and made it so simple and easy for me to access the life-changing medication I need to manage my combined ADHD. I'm a bit worried as my usual pharmacy (CVS) won't fill their prescriptions (my other nearby pharmacy does though, thankfully), and concerned about the implications of that on my continuity of care. However, my experience both with my practitioner and the service itself has been great. She has always been friendly and professional during appointments, very thorough about taking my full history and assessing how well my medication is working, and based on questions she's asked and the medication adjustments she has made to best suit my individual functioning and needs seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with patients who have ADHD.
Just to add some context to illustrate why this service has been particularly convenient for my ADHD self, here is some of my background. I was previously diagnosed nearly 20 years ago when I was a teenager and had good results with the stimulant medication my psychiatrist prescribed for me back then. Unfortunately, when I left home for college, I had no transportation so it was difficult for me to get to appointments and get my medication refilled. As a result I decided I would probably be fine managing without it (in retrospect, a HUGE mistake). So, I struggled hard with keeping up with everyday tasks, work, school, etc for *19* years without another about the fact that many of those struggles might be easier if I talked to someone about getting on medication again... until a couple years ago when increased school responsibilities and need to focus on more difficult school work in middle school revealed my oldest child was having the same level of difficulty functioning as I had always had. Also like me, it's not like some of the signs weren't there all along from her early childhood, but they just became more apparent when faced with increased demands. Anyway, I marshalled enough attention to finally follow up on getting her to a psychiatrist (not an exaggeration... it took me a couple extra months than it should have due to my executive dysfunction) and she was flourishing! Then, I started thinking about how maybe things could be easier for me too, but given the hassle and difficulty of getting her care and how hard it was for me to start tasks like that, I thought "well, I should really get around to that soon". Of course months passed and I didn't. Finally an ad for Done just happened to pop up for me and Ifigured, "oh, I may as well check it out as I've been meaning to get into someone anyway". WELL, after clicking on that link and typing in a little bit of info about myself I had an appointment scheduled several days later! I could not believe how easy and convenient it was to do the intake and get on the schedule. SO much easier than the myriad of forms re-entering the same information 5 different places like I did for my daughter, no repeated phone calls to make to set up appointments. You can see WHY that would specifically be really helpful for someone who has a lot of trouble following up on things, right?! As far as my appointments with my practitioner, they have been no different than any for my daughter with her practitioner at the local practice dealing with kids- the assessment is just as thorough, discussion of side effects and assessment of efficacy of the medication just the same as in my kid's telehealth appointments with her local NP. The ONLY difference between Done and other medication management I've encountered is: 1) more convenience in scheduling and administration; 2) the monthly cost of done (which is a bit high, although not compared with paying oop if you didn't have insurance), and 3) CVS just recently refusing to fill prescriptions for Done. As someone who now finally feels like they have their life back (no more hours disappearing because I got distracted with a frivolous task, no more inability to start needed tasks that I have been *wanting and meaning* to get working on, no more inability to focus when reading for necessity or enjoyment or impatience and restlessness flipping channels before the song or show is done even if it's my favorite and I want to enjoy it, no more ants in my pants!), I'm really glad I clicked that link and set up an appointment.
If you are someone struggling ADHD and you've been meaning to seek treatment and haven't gotten around to it because it's hard to follow up on things, clicking to set up an appointment might not be a bad idea! I just really hope everything gets worked out as far as any pharmacy access issues. Done did reach out proactively so I was able to set up my new pharmacy info with no disruptions, so I am hoping they will continue to be on top of things.

Great experience so far!
I’ve had a really positive experience so far with Done and I’ve been with them since February. The doctor I have responds VERY fast to any questions, concerns or refills. She took the time to listen to my concerns during the initial consult. My perscrptions so far have always been filled on time.
