I do not recommend anyone sign a membership with these people. You can never get in touch with your Dr. They take payments out of your account 7 days early. Call your medication in 7 days late. You know daily medication that depletes your serotonin level when not taking. They're peddling drugs. Using the drugs to take advantage of their customers after getting them hooked on said drug. They will treat you like complete sh. I asked for a new doctor months ago. After months and months of my medicine being called in a week late. Still have the same piece of sh Dr. Guess what? My medicine was due a week ago and still isn't at the pharmacy. Dr is unreachable. This service is a drug pushing scam. They are not here to help anyone. Oh you're so concerned? Yet another day has come and gone. Nothing has been done. I'm sure you'll "escalate" it for me. Because you know that really helps.

Done has been a nightmare
Done has been a nightmare. Initially, they made pairing with a provider very easy, and took the stress of following up with the provider regarding refills out of the equation. It was a fantastic service…..for a moment. For the last 4 refills (out of the six months I’ve utilized Done), I’ve had to make endless phone calls to the only number provided, which goes to a message about high call volumes, followed by a disconnection. The few times I have reached someone, I get a standard “our team will investigate and respond soon.”
As of now, my refill was due 16 days ago, and my card was charged the monthly subscription fee 9 days ago. I’ve yet to get a call back from any voicemail, or response via email request.
THIS👏🏻IS👏🏻DANGEROUS👏🏻——As an overworked ICU nurse STILL dealing with an active pandemic, alongside the other critical patients we receive, I have to be able to focus and be on my A-game—every minute of every shift. I’m in situations daily that could put not only my license (my livelihood) at risk, but also the lives of the patients I care for——I have to be able to focus. I Also have to trust the provider/service I’m choosing/paying for to meet my own healthcare needs in a timely manner.
I am very lucky to have my health, and to only be on ONE prescription drug. It should not be this difficult to manage my ADHD. This is absolutely ridiculous.

CHARGED $200 FOR SERVICES THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
I was given an appointment on my only day off, then the NP had to cancel. I can accept that she had an emergency that day, but without asking me Done First randomly assigned another appointment on a day I work 12 hours. When I told them I was working (and in actuality could not walk out of monitoring an anesthetized patient in the middle of a scheduled surgery to facilitate Done First's schedule convenience), my credit card was billed for the appointment that hadn't happened PLUS for a cancelation, $199. This does not sound trustworthy. I am not saying the NP is at fault, but there is a definite problem with there customer service and billing practices.

You only matter when you sign up and pay $200
This company blows! They care about you when you sign up and pay the $200. You get an appointment within a couple days and you actually think someone cares about you and then it’s downhill from there. They charge you the next month but don’t refill your prescription. No one answers the phone. No appointments available. You send messages through the portal and get generic automated responses back. This is as close to a scam as you can get. I am so frustrated with the lack of care and negligence. It’s unprofessional. I’ll be looking for a different healthcare provider. This isn’t working for me and it looks like it doesn’t work for others either. Don’t waste your money. You’re just a monthly fee to these people. They don’t really care about your needs.

The doctor spent less than 5 minutes
The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. Nurse Cornelia Alinnor PMHNP asked me one question on a scale of 1-10 and then told me I don’t have a problem. I hung up and started crying at the incredibly thoughtless comments she made. I thought this was a safe accepting place where the doctor would at least attempt to understand my history but it’s just fraud.

I AM DONE WITH DONE FIRST: To whom it may concern!
To whom it may concern,
I’m requesting a refund for insufficient service and dissatisfaction with your company, as well as the provider you paired me with. I would like a full refund in the amount of the consultation $200 and 1 month billing. I didn’t receive professional service, and my provider ignored me for 6 days, after I sent her 6 messages. And I never received a prescription, even after 2 weeks of waiting. I was told that my prescription would be ready 2 days after my initial appointment on February 24, 2022. And I was told through email that you were working on it, after sending over 5 emails to your Support services. Which I believe are just lies and attempts to get me to stay paying for a bogus service that would never come. You all completely blew me off. That is why I have since cancelled my membership with you, which is sad because I was considering subscribing to a yearly membership and paying you even more money. I wanted to recommend my friends to you, that’s how much I believe that you wanted to help others. Now I don’t believe there is any good in Done First. Now I want nothing to do with you, and would just like a refund. I feel ignored, brushed under the rug and not taken seriously. I can’t handle this anymore.
I intend on mailing a letter to your company. And I’m so infuriated with this whole malpractice in which I have experienced from Done First, that I’m considering taking further action as far as contacting the State Medical Board of Texas and California to report your wrong doings, and the scam in which you are currently operating. I will take this as far up to the top as I can go. And rally others to do so as well. I’m at the point where I would testify against you people in court, even if I had to travel out of state on my own dime. I don’t want anyone else to feel used this way.
I’m disgusted with the level or neglect in which you have left me, and your other patients. Patients who are vulnerable at at their wits end, those whom are only seeking help. Especially in a time during the pandemic when people don’t have a lot of money. You are straight up taking advantage of your patients. I feel bad for anyone who comes in contact with your shady medical team. This can not go on any further.
The only light at the end of the tunnel for me is that I have since been able to find a local psychiatrist to assist me, but I’ve had to pay an extra $250 to restart the process to taking the testing and evaluation. Others may not be in the same situation where they can pay extra money to a second doctor for assistance, after being scammed by your company and losing $200+ to begin with. It’s really truly unfortunate. That you left me and so many other with such hope and trust. And then you broke it and left us with more problems on top of the issues that we are trying to face in our daily lives. These are hard times, during the pandemic. Many people don’t have a lot of money and are just struggling to make ends meet with a tight budget. Mental health is a luxury these days. Anyone coming to you just wants help, and you’re doing them a disservice by making them claw and fight tooth and nail for it. I paid you. These others have paid you. You need to actually be providing that you say that you do.
If not then, I don’t think that you should be operating as such a young start up, because you clearly have no idea what you’re doing or how to run a professional medical practice. What you are doing has to be illegal. And I intend on fighting this until I’m issued a refund. I have become very passionate and fueled with intense motivation to hold you accountable. You will keep hearing from me, and I have no plans on letting this cease.
Former patient,
Laura Flores

*UPDATE*
This company DID in fact issue me a fully refund THE DAY AFTER they commented on this review. I’m thankful, but yet still extremely disappointed by the service I had received. It’s kind of unfortunate that they are more quick at responding to comments on a review website, instead of their own patient’s numerous unanswered emails. I’m just left with a bad feeling from this interaction. It seemed like a good business that was going to make my life a lot better and easier, but actually further complicated my life for a couple months.
As it turns out I DO have severe ADHD. I’m now seeing an independent local Texas psychiatrist through a hybrid of both “in office visits and telemedicine”. It’s been working out great. All of this had been a huge lesson. Always push for answers, help, and the service that you deserve.
Reviewing the newest reviews on here is scary and disheartening. I’m sorry to all that I going through this experience. You are not alone.
I hope that my review has helped.

I have been trying for weeks to get my…
I have been trying for weeks to get my refill fixed after they put the wrong year of 2021 when it's 2022. I have experienced delays each of the three months I have used this site. They have no customer service and literally it is a scam. Save your money and try to find an actual doctor. Seemed to good to be true and it is!

I paid, but NO script.. no one will help!
Waited a month to get my appointment, got my script sent to the pharmacy & it’s “missing information” from the doctor so they won’t fill it! I’ve emailed a dozen times with no response & called, but it hangs up after 8 minutes. Finally got a hold of someone & they said they called me back, but I doubt it. Scam.
