I am so grateful for Done.! Finally being able to get properly diagnosed and treated has given me my life back. My Dr. is always professional and on time for our meetings and my prescription is sent in on time and so I don’t run out. The pharmacy makes me wait right up until the day I need it but that’s ok, I’ve just never experienced that before but that’s the pharmacy’s policy. I can’t say enough good things about Done and my Dr. —Forever grateful! Definitely recommend!

I had a delay in my service but, they responded and helped my resolve my issue.

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been using done for basically a year now and I cant say anything negative at all about them! Especially it being a brand new company, the service is very impressive. If you would want to schedule a consultation in person with a provider it could take many many weeks, so being able to schedule consultations and follow ups, sometimes as fast as next day, its invaluable. The provider I was assigned to when I first started is still mine now and communication is great all around.

The whole process from the first assessment, to my monthly refills, has been nothing short of effortless. Done has made getting my life back on track, the best (and easiest) decision ever. Worth every cent!

I rated this experience five stars be caused Franz, my support specialist I talked to today, was my fifth phone call (and sixth email) and the only person who truly seemed to understand my problem. He was the only person who seemed to be concerned with my frustration that this was the second time my provider waited more than 72 hours to respond to a refill request and that I was getting worried about what I would do if my provider didn't respond for, say, ten days. I was concerned that my provider not only failed to respond to MY messages for three business days, but also to the emails of her employer. Done Support told me email was the only way Done Support contacted her, and didn't have another alternative like phone or video conferencing. So I was not reassured my provider would be reached after four or five returned emails. Then came Franz! He did not cut me off to say something that sounded like he was reading from a text or use a condescending voice that seemed to imply I was overreacting. He truly listened and used his own brain and words to find solutions to my problems! I was thinking about leaving Done, but not anymore so long as I have Franz as my support specialist!

Diagnosed with ADHD over 20 years ago. Initial consult only had to wait a couple of weeks- and that’s mostly because of MY schedule. My provider listened to me and has been very responsive. Working full time with two babies under two has made it difficult to physically go to any doctors office. For everyone complaining- this company started in 2019. It’s not gonna be perfect right off the bat, and most psychiatrists cannot fit you in for 3-4 months. Cool it, y’all clearly done work in healthcare, and you’re the reason why everyone is leaving this field. The whole world is short staffed and you are not the only patient that needs to be tended to.

My appointment was conducted on time. My Dr. reviewed my needs and concerns. We had a helpful and informative question and answer session to arrive at a decision for medication. I appreciate their follow up inquiries to see how I'm doing. My experience was great.

I've been using Done for 3 months now, and I am a great fan.
