I am an adult who has gotten an ADHD diagnosis late in life. I’m a busy executive who doesn’t have the time to wait around at doctors offices, wait for referrals, drive long distances, etc. Done has made ADHD care completely easy, accessible, and painless. I joined about six months ago and it has been life changing. It’s amazing to be able to message my provider with any questions , concerns, or comments regarding my medication regimen. I can also quickly message if I need an appointment! In addition, Done. Is completely adorable. I have paid upwards of 300$ for other platforms. The importance of being able to access mental health care at an affordable price is incredibly important to me since I work in the medical field. I constantly rave about Done to the medical community! Being able to access a provider in a timely fashion, at an affordable price has improved my life for the better! As an executive with an incredibly busy life, this has helped me focus, and allowed me to continue to reach my goals!

Im not sure what all the hate is for. Simple process. Was able to Skype with my provider for as long as I needed. If I didn't need a Pre-authorization from my GP I would have had my prescription in a day. Decent customer service. I can expect an answer within 48 hours. For a big company I would think that is pretty good. I will revise my review once I get my first refill and see how easy it is.

Done has been extremely convenient and reliable for me. I haven't missed any refills and it was easy for them to prescribe me my medication I needed from home. It's making a great difference in my quality of life and I plan on being a customer for a very long time.

I have been working with DONE since Sept 2021. I relocated and was having difficulty finding a health care provider in the area and then found DONE online. I am so glad I did; it's convenient and affordable. I am so glad I have no more in person appointments to juggle.

Amazing service. Before done i went to another facility, they just charged me lots of money and many visits for nothing. With done it was quite and easy and less money. I will continue with them.
