Saved my life.

I was having an issue picking my time zone so I reached out to support. It took some time but I received my appointment and the date was close. My first appointment was canceled and it took a while to get this one set but I’m sure it was still faster than the traditional route.

I went with Done because i couldnt find a psychiatrist that took my insurance. My provider was diligent in the evaluation and following up with my medication. Communication is so easy with Done because even though getting an appointment is hard, you can have consultation through messages. I had issues with side effects and in 3 days my provider replied and sent me a new medication. Done is very straightforward and convenient so I'll stick with them even though I now have better insurance

My experience with Done was great! I was previously diagnosed with ADHD and put on medication, but as the followups with my previous doctor were too expensive, I was seeking more affordable options. I'm glad that I found Done: everything went smoothly, I got my medication easily. I was able to choose my preferable pharmacy and use GoodRX coupons (I'm uninsured, so that was important to me). Also, I really liked my therapist at Done, she offered me great advices on how to adjust my ADHD treatment and treat insomnia, and it worked.

Getting treatment is not about just having the energy to do something you dont want to do to get ahead. Its about tearing down that wall between thinking about doing what you need to, and just doing it. I was on adderoll as a child and hated it because it meant i was different and needed help. So i quit in my early teens and just flayled aimlessly in some degree. Im now 32 and decided i needed it. I didnt have insurance at the time but through the clarity it gave me i now have a well paying job with insurance. It only took a week after i booked the appointment that was very cheap, and presto, the world is a manageable place

First off, I just want to get something out of the way..it seems like a number of the poor reviews are just written for the sake of sabotaging DoneFirst, or maybe it's from one of their competitors, who knows, but something seems really off about what the hell is going on here. Anyway, I've never been one to comfort to the status quo so I'm not going to BS anyone with my review and will give it to you straight from my experience. Last year I went through the hoops that the mainstream healthcare process has us go through to get set up with a doctor/psychiatrists/medical professional and what-have-you. It took me over a month just to wait for my very 1st appointment and medical screening to take place. The doctor then wanted me to go see others and go through many more hoops just to get basic lab results, and keep in mind, all while I desperately needed assistance (and I clearly articulated this to that doctor) for the problems the had been severely impacting my life at home, my performance at work, and quite frankly my ability to survive adequately in "society". After being fed up from these hoops I had to go through from the traditional processes, I went to search elsewhere and saw a post about DoneFirst and how they specifically specialize in assisting people who have ADHD. To be honest I almost fell out of the damn chair I was in because I was able to meet with a doctor in literally a few days for a full appointment and conversation with them. And yes, as cheesy as it sounds I DO actually feel like the doctor cared about me and the challenges currently affecting my life. After speaking with them and providing the necessary medical paperwork, my DoneFirst physician found a treatment plan that fit very well for me and my needs. I actually mean this when I say I feel like my life has really in a way been changed since then. My job isn't in jeopardy because I am able to properly maintain my work duties and performance, and the weight of stress at home has been significantly lifted off my shoulders. Also, anytime I've needed to reach out to DoneFirst with a question I had, or adjustment to my medication, I've had zero issues and they always had someone reach back out to me immediately to assist with what I needed. I cannot emphasize this enough that DoneFirst provided me assistance and helped solve a critical problem severely impacting my life where other providers had me feeling like an afterthought. Again, this is just my experience, but hopefully this helps provide context for others in their search for medical assistance with regards to their ADHD needs. -JSP
