Despite shortages the support team is very easy to contact for help. They’re fairly responsive when emailed and asked for calls.

Easy and is great if you have a busy schedule/travel a lot!

So if anyone asked me about my experience a year ago my review would have been around 1.5 stars. HOWEVER, in the past three months i have to admit that my new Doctor has been amazing! She returns my messages and calls within an hour or so versus the days or weeks that could’ve gone by before and I can tell that she’s very passionate about her patients and her career. Bravo.

Done hasn’t always been perfect, but it has been the best option for me in terms of consistently managing my adhd. It feels like medical care for adhd is specifically set up to be a challenge for people with executive function issues. Done helps me keep up with appointments and medication. They have worked to fix some challenges over time and I hope the service continues to improve.

My provider is very detailed and replies to my questions on a timely manner. I have received great care. Would recommend!

Very convenient and my Dr is very friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative is some pharmacies won’t fill the telehealth prescriptions, but most will.

It has been overall a great experience. I was having a hard time finding someone to work with, and while there were some growing pains in the beginning, as Done was getting ramped up, (hard to schedule appointments) now I have a great doctor to work with. He has helped me find the right medication to manage my ADHD, and has been patient and helpful. It is much more cost-effective than other doctors I've worked with, who charge huge hourly fees and do not take insurance.

I have generally experienced good follow up and timely submission of Rx refill requests. However, I have had scheduled appointments cancelled last minute twice in the past year which I find frustrating. One was cancelled while I was waiting for the Zoom to begin and rescheduled a week later during a time that required I cancel another personal obligation because I was concerned about maintaining access to my meds. Overall, a decent service for those who travel or don’t have a local therapist. It’s not cheap @ $79 a month but the convenience is worth it.
