I would like to save your time, money, and most importantly, your life. Just like most customers, my prescription isn't being refilled. I've been off my meds for 3 weeks now. Nothing but automated emails sent to me. Zero way to contact your provider. Can't schedule an appointment because "Your provider's schedule is full". Honestly, it's just not worth the heartache. I NEVER write reviews. But considering this company is most likely contributing to the nations suicide rate, I figured it to be necessary. Do not get evolved, let the justice system smite this company and it's malpractice down.

Scam. Out of meds over 2 weeks. No responses to emails. Or Twitter. Or calls. But they're STILL TAKING MONEY. Will be filing credit card dispute. Suggest everyone in the same boat do the same.

Donefirst just one day stopped responding to any and all communications. No one picked up the phone line no matter how often or what time I called. No one responded to my emails besides the automated "Please wait 24h for a response" crap. I Have wasted my time and money on this company and no one can tell me what happened. Look elsewhere.

Really considering switching over to Klarity. At first, Done was great, however, in the past few months, they have been significantly late on sending the script over to my pharmacy. Now that CVS no longer accepts Done, they are not responding to anyone. Haven't answered any of my calls or responded to any of my emails/messages. My subscription renewal is on 6/11 and if I don't hear back from them in a day or so, I'm out and will be taking legal action. All my coworkers using Done feel the same as well. At the bare minimum, give people an update. Extremely unprofessional on Done's part.

They are leaving all of us hanging without prescriptions- because pharmacies won't fill their scripts. I went through withdrawal all weekend.

This Is a scam No prescriptions called in. Portal doesn't work after they take your money, can’t even schedule a new appointment says provider has no available times. Waste of time and money Update - so if you write a review they respond. But send a message in the their portal - silence. Call the ‘Emergency’ number provided and after 10 minutes on hold will hang up, again and again

I haven’t been waiting a week to hear something back. Last time I got an email they said they were sending to my provider for a refill. It has now been 7 days with no answer. Phone or email. I just want to hear something they are normally good about getting back to me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. NOT RETYRN CALLS. NO REFUNDS>. NO PRESCRIPTIONS. TOTAL FRAUD. I wrote a review a week ago. Just an update. I have talked to Done a few times and still no prescription. I asked for a refund as I paid for a year's subscription and the last person I talked to asked if I would give them one more chance. That was 3 days ago. Still nothing. No prescription - no return calls. Now the 800 number just goes dead when you call. I htink they may be going out of business.
