I'm rewriting my review because there was a mix-up with my prescription and they immediately took care of it so even though there are some little kingdom problems with the doctors at times they do immediately fix the problems which I do appreciate

I recently had my initial appointment for ADHD treatment. The provider made me feel very comfortable and addressed my concerns during our visit. She also took the time to explain how ADHD affects the brain, and how the medication she prescribed works. I’ve had a very positive experience so far!

Great job, excellent response time and evaluation. I found the ease and simple method of video appointment gave me time to collect myself , prepare and get best use of my time and well spent money. My doctor advisor was well educated , understood the complexity of ADHD , combined with PTSD. Overall great experience , keep up good work and thank you.

I found my clinician to be courteous, thoughtful and extremely competent. Not sure why I didn't do this sooner. Us men tend to suffer in silence. Thank you to my care provider and the Done team. I highly recommend.

Great experience and help! For a while I’ve been trying to get help for my ADHD but it was very hard finding care without insurance. Ran across DONE in an ad online so I decided to check it out and take the online test. Went really smooth so I booked an appointment. The first appointment got rescheduled because of some issue but they reached out ASAP and resolved it. When appointment date came and I met my clinician, she was very nice and knowledgeable! She explained to me what type of ADHD I had and helped me understand the medication process. I would definitely recommend DONE to anyone who is seeking for help with their ADHD and doesn’t know where to go. They are always reaching out to see if I’m ok and if any adjustments need to be made. Thank you DONE team!

So far, so good. The provider listened to me, and made me feel comfortable. No problem getting the prescriptions so far either.

Coming from a childhood where my parents did not believe in mental health services, I am SO thankful that after 27 years I finally have a diagnosis that validates and explains some of my behaviors. Compared to my experience with other similar sites, Done hits it out of the park. I am forever thankful for my Care Team and experience so far!

My provider Toya was very kind and professional. And when I had a issue with a pharmacy change she handled it within the hour.
