The first month seemed fine, I was finally getting an answer and solution to stuff that plagued me my whole life.... but then the next month - nothing. My prescription day counter reset but I had no refill at the pharmacy. I messaged Done about it, tried to find my doctor, and did not get a reply for 2 weeks. I only received a reply when I emailed a marketing address and then it was a strange and clearly unedited mess telling me that I needed to say I was okay with ScriptX? I said, sure whatever I just want to get the services I've already paid for (I bought the annual membership after the first month) and it's been another two weeks with nothing and no contact. Now I'm using Klarity ADHD and trying to get my money back from Done.

Requested a prescription refill and it was approved by my clinician. The pharmacy says they did not receive authorization. Reached out to them but still haven’t heard back. Three days now. Same story as many others, very responsive upfront but now seems like I’ve been left out to dry.

Same problem as everyone else…unable to get a hold of anyone regarding prescription renewal/refill and no answer from the consultation on the platform. Really frustrated there seems to be non existent customer support! What is the point of using a subscription service if that is the case? Hoping to get this resolved soon but not feeling optimistic since I leave for out of town next week…

I just cancelled my membership. They started billing me even before I ever got an appointment with a clinician. Was charged for two months. Eventually got an appointment was diagnosed and never got my prescription. Could not get in touch with anyone. Save yourself some money. This is a scam

If I could do no star I would. Turns out I have not had my prescription in over 2 weeks. No response via email to my provider or the company. I just need to know if I can or can not get my meds. It’s annoying- like I’ll find a new provider but y’all took my money. Probably the worst company I have dealt with.

Done. ADHD is a very incompetent company when it comes to patient care. I received a telehealth appointment and was prescribed medication. I paid the initial consult fee. Now, it has been over a month and I have yet to receive my much needed prescription. The medication prescribed in not available in my area. Done refuses to solve the problem, return emails, answer calls, or refund my money. If Done is unable to solve a very simple problem, at least, refund my money. I paid for a medical service without receiving medical care. Be careful before you use these medical doctors and this company, they are unable to provide adequate patient care.

First three months were great. I am now running into the same problem as everyone else - physician said she sent my med refill to the pharmacy a week ago. The pharmacy says they have no received anything. I am debating canceling this. They are very inconsistent.

I’ve been been unable to fill my prescription for almost two months. First because of the relationship between CVS and Done. I was willing to let that go. I updated my pharmacy but haven’t been able to get my prescription sent there for weeks. I tried every support channel. I’ve said that I’m going to cancel. I’m at the point where I want to chargeback due to lack of service.
