Disguisting.. Missed the ENTIRE month of April because they would not send my prescription in. Now it's been 2 weeks, AGAIN.. and have been told for a week they sent to theircovering provider.. not to worry.. well im am worried and now that ive found something that works im freaking out. Because i'm sick and tired of this. go with ANY other service.

Like many others here, Done have completely stopped replying to any messages, have no appointment availability and I've been 3 weeks without a refill. They haven't explained or contacted or done anything at all. Disgusting, dangerous, unethical - someone should be ashamed but I doubt they care. Looking forward to my copy-pasted response.

New patient. Appointment was Thursday morning at 8am. It’s Saturday afternoon and pharmacy still hasn’t gotten script and the only emergency phone number keeps me on hold for 10min then tells me to call back later.

I started treatment with this company 8 months ago. Everything had been great...until now. They took $79 out of my account May 25th. My prescription ran out June 2nd. It is now June 11th and no refill. I cannot get a response from ANYONE. I take that back...June 9th I received a response from the "refill team" stating my clinician was no longer with the company but they would be forward my information to a different clinician and I would receive my refill. Still nothing!! For a company claiming to help people, they should probably change their mission statement!! I'm done with Done!!

I'm having the same problem as so many others on here. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my prescription. Very hard to reach them, and when they do respond they give vague cookie cutter answers. Finally after many attempts to talk to someone, I was told they don't have doctors in my state at the moment (the ones they had must have quit) And that they were working on getting my prescription. With no sure answer about when I would get it. This is just the most recent problem, on top of several smaller problems in the past. Do not use this service unless its a last resort. Something tells me this company is about to go out of business soon anyways.

Like so many others, I’m stuck without medication with no response and no assistance. This has happened once before, but now it’s 17 days late with not even a single response. This is very frustrating. I was hopeful with this service but have received no help.

Yea, I was always kind of iffy cause it was too good to be true and now after about 3 months, my refill request isn’t being answered and I have not received my script. It’s about 1.5wks late at this point and I can’t get ahold of ANYONE!!. Canceling.

Still no prescription almost a week after it was due for refill. My provider assured me that it would be refilled yesterday but still no medication.
