Avoid at all costs + deceptive marketing
After suffering from symptoms of ADHD for over 5 years my personal/work performance had decreased drastically. Desperate, I opted for Done as I was seeking a convenient telehealth option. I was able to secure an appointment 3 months after request to which the provider was a no show and my only option was to wait 3 more months. So 6 months total. When I finally got an appointment the clinician was helpful, supportive and we agreed on a treatment plan. She told me to send a message about 7 days before I was due for a refill. That time comes... message sent... no response. During this time 9 messages were sent to multiple support emails and via the portal. What did I get? an automated response each time. Done states on their website that for a $79 a month you have 24/7 online care support – wrong. You get a canned response from an alias name. Zero human contact. Worry free refills - wrong. My second refill was 7 days late and was the exact same as my first (where we eased on my medication by taking only 1 a day for 5 days and 2 a day following). 100% satisfaction guaranteed - wrong. I was in a panic for days, sending message after message, calling the emergency line, requesting another appointment only to get zero care in return (minus just a refill of my very first prescription). How they position themselves both in paid ads and on their website is deceptive. I felt so scammed paying the membership fee for no real patient care and no contact with a human (other than my first appointment). After reading the reviews I see that others have had the same experience and also see the Done is quick to reply to them. If only they could have done that with the service everything would be great and this review would be much different, but after 3 months no contact with me that is sadly not the case. For those without insurance or the ability to see an in-person psychiatrist, I hope so much that Done can improve its customer care. In theory it is a convenient solution. However, if you're seeking this as an alternative I encourage you to look at the reviews and use your best judgement before committing. If you're lucky maybe your clinician will show up and not ghost you after 3 months of waiting on your appointment.
